We enjoyed our stay and we would rent this condo again. Our kids did get stuck on the elevator the first night, but we didn't have anymore elevator issues after that. If you do get stuck, call 911. They came within 10 minutes. The elevator company came in about 35 minutes. We love the Georgetown County part of Garden City because we can put up our canopy when we arrive and leave it up all week!

Beach Lane is a beautiful house located approximately 2 blocks from the beach - a very short walk. The house is in excellent condition. We had 18 people staying for the week, and there was plenty of room. We have only 2 minor complaints, one would be for the dryer to be replaced; it would take a couple of runs through the dryer for the clothes to dry, and the second would be to have more space to store food for the week. There appeared to be a pantry, but it had a locked door.

Since there were two grammies staying here, we can say we were delighted with the house. It was well stocked, clean, spacious. The mattresses need to be replaced and the twin beds replaced with a double bed.....but other than that it was great. We loved sipping our coffee on the porch each morning.

We had a great time at Atalaya Towers. View from the 15th floor is awesome. Convenient parking across the street if the main lot was full. The only downside were the constant evening fireworks - they were launched too close to the balconies and were allowed to continue well after midnight.

Stayed in the Shack before (2009) the owners have set up a great vacation home on the inlet with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing week at the beach. We enjoyed a sunset party every night, and then cooked local fresh fish, steaks, scallops and even gator on the outdoor gas grill. Just cross the street and you are on the beach. Kitchen is well stocked and even provides unique serving pieces for a total beach themed week. Property was one of the cleanest and best kept homes we have stayed at in Garden City. As Arnold would say "I'll be back"

We had a great time at this house. The location to the beach was perfect and a quick 1 minute walk. We could listen to the waves from our screened in porch in the evenings. The kids loved the pool which was the biggest we have seen in the area. The roads were much quieter that what we experienced in Surfside.

We have staying at Inlet Point for the last 25 years, we like it because the kids can fish off the dock and we can have our boat there. For the very first time we had complaints about the wagon and beach stuff out side the door, it was neat and not in the way, I was very disappointed and embarrassed.

Location was fantastic! We were able to listen to the music on the pier from our deck. We were close to any and all activities.

We have stayed at the Mariposa before with our extended family. The location is in a quiet area without any bars or restaurants, etc. in the immediate area, but it is perfect for our group of mostly adults. We just want to enjoy the beach and water.
