We had a great family experience. The condo was very clean and available upon our arrival. Everything from grocery store, great restaurants was all very close. I have been to Myrtle Beach numerous times and prefer staying in South Myrtle. Less congestive and not as busy.

We love the location of this beach house! We hit the beach every day and loved that it wasn't crowded at all. We celebrated a family wedding 5 houses down; wasn't a far walk at all from Dr.'s RX. The house was well-equipped with kitchen needs. The 2nd refrigerator was so appreciated! We certainly put it to great use. The pool is a great asset to the property. I would definitely stay here again! Favorite restaurants were not far (Gulfstream Cafe in Garden City has a great "early bird" menu that we wished we had called in for take out earlier in the week, so we could stay on the beach into dinner time):)

This house was perfect for our group. We had ten adults, three kids and a baby. The bedroom arrangements were perfect and no one felt cramped at any time. The ONE thing we would have liked different would be an additional bathroom upstairs - the two bedrooms shared a bathroom, which was also the main "shared" bathroom for anyone who was on the second floor - as it was not in one of the bedrooms. The sink in the one bedroom definitely helped with that though. The pool was AMAZING. Best pool we've had in all of our years renting. Tons of fun was had on the dock as well - each day seeing what was caught in the traps that were there. The house was beautiful - very cute decor! We would definitely stay at this house over and over and over and over again! As one of our guests said - 7 years old - "I wish we could stay here for six months, twice a year." We all agreed completely!

This is our second year staying at Murray's Inlet Shack and we loved it. We have already reserved the house for next year and are counting the weeks! The only thing wrong was that I could only find one outdoor receptical for my ice cream maker.

We have rented many houses in Garden City over the years and I have to say this was the most enjoyable house we have rented!! The beds were extremely comfortable and our family of 4 fit very nicely in this home. It was also VERY nice to have everything you could think of for a vacation already at the house re: plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, grill, hand soap at every sink etc. Even a little room under the house to clean the catch of the day! This house is in a perfect location: steps from the sand and not too close or too far away from the pier. We loved it and will rent again!!!!!

We had a fabulous week at the Sanderling. The only glitch we had was when we arrived. The house was not clean but a Garden City Realty staff member was on site. Regina was so helpful. She apologized for the mix up and was cleaning herself. She quickly called in additional assistance and the house was spotless in no time. We were all impressed. It would be helpful to know exactly what amenities are provided or not (trash bags, toilet paper, etc), it would also be helpful to know what tv channels are available for sporting events. Thank you for an absolutely fabulous beach week!

amazing view from balcony and master bedroom. The suite was pretty clean and roomy. Only draw back was on the days we had some rainy weather and stayed in, it would have been nice to have some updated TVs in the condo (32" flat screens are very affordable now). I hope not to watch very much TV on vacation so it was not a huge issue for us.

Enjoyed our stay and was satisfied with the accommodations although it could use a update especially in the bathroom. Tub/shower was difficult for me to climb over. Was please that we could rent for 6 days instead of week to week. It worked for us. Thank you.

The refridgerator was leaking water and we called the office on Sat. to report it. Then on Tuesday a new refridgerator was delivered without any notice. Luckily we were home but had to unload and load the new fridge. There could have been better communication between the realtor, owner and us so we could have been prepared for this. The delivery men expected us to remove doors and move furniture for them.........not exactly what vacationers want to do.....the realty should have been there to take care of these needs.
