The rental unit was decorated and well kept. During our stay, we enjoyed the beautiful condo and the wonderful view. Just a few things that maybe could be reviewed is a TV in the second room would have been nice for my children. The palmetto bugs gave us a scare because my son found one in his suitcase on his shirt and they liked to crawl on the deck at night. I guess that this is common. All in all we enjoyed our stay and were very impressed with Beach House 317.

Went well as usual . We live this so much, it is our third year. One woman lost her diamond engagement ring. When the pool cleaner found it, he was honest and returned it. This is a great place to stay and I wish we could have stayed longer.

My family has been going to the beach every other year for 30 years, and this condo unit was the best we have ever stayed in. Well equipped, nicely decorated, with one of the best locations within the complex. We loved it!

My family of 12, enjoyed our vacation in Garden City. For years now, we have rented house n Ocean Lakes, but decided to try something different. I can say we are probably done with staying at Ocean Lakes, we all really liked the laid back, relaxed feel of Garden City Beaches. Best trip we have had in years. I am the un-official "trip-organizer". I always have to book the accommodations, etc. I was very satisfied with my experience with Garden City Reality, they were professional, and easy to work with. I would recommend them and I would definitely use them again.

out of the way of over crowded myrtle beach, walkable to sam's corner and the surrounding amusements, shops, bars. very family friendly. look forward to this one week all year.

Vacation was wonderful! House was as described, patio chairs were great. The only issue we had during the whole week was the hot tub - it was losing water daily. We called the number provided and they came out each time we called to fix the issue. After the third trip out, maintenance fixed the problem permanently. Spa was able to be used daily to our content, pool was awesome. Overall a great rental!

Great location, beach access and condo. Only negative was it was much smaller than expected. Sleeps 6 but there's really only enough room for, at max, 4 people's belongings. Had a wonderful time and would recommend to a family of 4 or less who is looking for a family friendly place to stay!!!!

This is a very nice property located about 1/4 block away from the beach. We arrived around 4:00 pm on Saturday, picked up the keys from the realty company and drove straight to the house only to find that the "inspection" was still underway. Somehow it was still given the thumbs up despite what were visible issues to us. The house wasn't spotless - air filter hasn't been changed in what appears to be months, cigarette butts in a bucket on the back deck that hadn't been emptied, and dirty bathroom rugs left in all of the bathrooms. The bathrooms weren't sparkling either but we didn't feel they were too bad once we removed the bathroom rugs. We did not contact the management company to request service - we just proceeded with our week. One of the bedrooms has a queen 4 poster bed that is a little tall and we had to scour the property for a stool. Otherwise, we felt it was a nice property with a nice pool in a great location.

This home is beautiful and the location is perfect. We loved being right across from beach access. We also loved the view of the beach from the front porch. We enjoyed all the seating areas in the home. The backyard was wonderful too since it is on the inlet. I would recommend that the owners replace all the mattresses in the home. None of the beds were very comfortable. Also, someone needs to go through the home and replace lightbulbs that are bad. Overall, this is a great home!
