Was not happy at all about no centralIr in our unit but Realty company did everything possible not to mar our vacation. Offered us 2 other beach front units to move to. Unfortunately, they were not acceptable to us. Then placed a portable air unit in the window . That iand a big box fan helped to cool apt down . Not quite the same as central air due to noise but a good compromise . The fact that there were no screens on sliders or ceiling fans did not help.
Ashley was very empathetic to our problem and before we left compensated
Us for the inconvenience.
The unit itself was perfectly located, clean and quiet. The view from the balcony is whT kept us there and would want us to come back.

Inlet Joy is the best of both worlds. You get to carry your boat with a private dock and enjoy the Inlet. And just a few steps in the other direction is the Sand and Surf. My young Grandsons really enjoyed it as well as us Big Kids. ����. Overall a great place to enjoy family and friends.

The unit we booked was perfect. The location is good right on the beach and the views were spectacular. The balcony was large and it was great to view the morning sunrise from it. All areas are kept clean including the pool area, as well as the beach area. The unit itself was clean, and well stocked. The unit had a very nice layout except for the master suite which has an open bathroom area to the bed area which means no privacy when going to the bathroom. The keyless door lock is great no worries about losing your key. I have only two complaints...we stayed in the North Tower and only 1 elevator was working which meant we spent a lot of time waiting on it to come, that was rather annoying. Also the bath towels that were supplied could have been a bit plushier.

The location really made this amazing... literally steps to the beach! The property overall was alright and I would be willing to try a different condo in the building. I am a little concerned about the housecleaning, when leaving you must strip bedding all but the pillow shams and mattress covers. This is common and we have done this many other places without issue. But we arrived and at least 2 pillow shams on beds were covered in what looked like snot. This made us worried about when if ever the shams and mattress covers get washed. It was gross. Also the parking policy is not great,you get 2 spots- one in the main lot and one in the overflow. We never once in 7 days were able to park in the main lot, I assume this is due to others not following the rule of only one vehicle in the main lot but we had a senior citizen with us who required a closer spot. Overall, we had a great time and being so close to the beach was AMAZING! this condo did have a broken chair and one bed seemed to be broken as well. We would return but would try a different condo and will wash the pillow shams on arrival! Again, location, location, location... you can't beat that!

The unit is great for our family of 8. The location is perfect. It is very well equipped with necessary items, especially in the kitchen. However the beds and pillows need to be replaced, in the 2 smaller bedrooms. They are extremely uncomfortablge! We have stayed in this unit for 2 years, and are booked for next year.

The unit was as described and the view was spectacular. Easy access either from covered garage or "rooftop", and access to beach and pool was simple.
Pool and hot tub closed for repairs while we were there but tower 2 pool was available.

This is our 3rd year staying at Summer Breeze and we had a good relaxing time. One night we had some loud bond fire guys and had to sleep in a bedroom on the street side, but other than that, it quieted down around 10pm.

Never been to Garden City before. We visit the SC coast a couple times a year. Great beach and beach town atmosphere. Very family freindly. Excellent beach, great location.

The place was awesome. A couple things they need to be on top of. Maintenance did not come out for 2 days to fix fan in master and it never worked right after that. Remote only control that never turned fan off/on. They don't put sheets on the bed, so leave time to do that yourself. A little sand still left on kitchen counter. Other than that, we would stay there again!

The rental at Surf Master (unit 106) was top notch. I would consider going there again.
