Wonderful vacation for family and friends at Hakuna Matata. We vacationed August 30- September 6. The house is lovely. Kitchen is well stocked with large items so cooking for a large group is made easier. There are an abundance of beach toys, skim boards and beach chairs for your use as well as inside toys and DVD's for the kids.

Home was clean and well maintained with all amenities as described in brochure. the location was just what we wanted..would highly recommend this property for families with children, and also for older folks ..the wooden walkway to the beach is great, the out door shower with both hot and cold water a real treat . also the "gathering " rooms were more than adequate and the inclosed sun porch a dream .. thx so much !!!

We love the cottage feel of the Sanderling but it needs to be cleaner. Ceiling fans, paneling, chair seats full of sand, floors, ceilings, blinds not good by August I guess

We've stayed in a lot of different houses in Surfside and Garden City beaches. This is now one of our favorites! Great porches on the street and beach sides of the house. Everything was in good shape --- very well maintained.

We LOVED our stay at Beach Treat. The location was perfect. We loved sitting on the screened in back porch at night. The only 2 drawbacks that we have are that it majorly floods under the house when it rains and the master bedroom was extremely warm, so much so that we had to go purchase a fan to be able to sleep in there. Other than those things, we loved it!!! Great place to make memories with our family!

For the past 3 years we have come to this property with two other couples. We have enjoyed our stay each time. Beach is a short walk and very clean. The Condo is neat and clean and for the most part has everything you need. Wi Fi would be something that we all would like to see in the coming year. Some of the furniture could use replacing such as the rocker in the living room and the main TV. It is not very clear anymore and it is quite large. A Slightly smaller and clearer TV would be and improvement.

This was the first time I have done something like this. It was a great experience. A lot better way to spend a week instead of hotel. It was better than being at home. The condo over looked the beach. What an awesome condo. Yes I will do it again. With kids it was nice for them to come and go when they wanted to. Everything is so close, shopping,eating, and entertainment. The owners did a very nice job choosing colors. The furniture was very comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful place to call home for a week.

Absolutely loved this wonderful house with all it's extras. The pool was awesome as was the hot tub. Great view of the marsh and ocean. Clean and well maintained. No issues to speak of. Couple of little things but they were taken care of quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend this place. Thanks for a great vacation experience.

Property was beautiful and well maintained. We had an amazing time! They only thing that I would say is amenities were poor. There was not enough toilet paper, soap (Bath, Dish, Detergent), or shampoo for the week. Luckily we had a rental car and were able to go to the store and purchase the items.
