Our condo was very nicely decorated. Everything was coordinated with a beach theme. It made our stay even that more enjoyable. We enjoyed eating breakfast every morning outside on the deck overlooking the ocean. We had a wonderful 2 weeks. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a beach get-away. The unit was clean and enjoyable.

We found unit 31 at Compass Rose a wonderful place to stay in Garden City. There are only 8 units and it was quiet. We had plenty of room for the three adults and especially loved the screened in back porch overlooking the pool and facing the ocean. We also enjoyed the master bedroom balcony in the mornings, having coffee and watching the boats going out from Marlin's Quay Marina. It was clean and very well equipped and convenient for dinners in Murrell's Inlet which has many wonderful restaurants. Would love to return to Compass Rose.

We have stayed at Atalaya Towers for many years. This was the first year we have stayed in 703. This is a great room. You can tell that they really take pride in their unit. There are so many small details that are covered. They have a fully stocked unit with ANYTHING you can imagine to need. They even had china and a crock pot. We have never stayed in a unit so clean and taken care of. We will be back!

Upon arrival at rental property found it was not actually ocean front but had another structure between it and the beach. The agency relocated us after I explained about the handicapped people in my group where we were ocean front. Thanks you made the trip memorable for tne handicapped people.

This was our first family vacation in 14 years, two adult sons, daughter in law and girlfriend. The condo was perfect for our family needs. Three bed rooms with separate bath rooms was great. We enjoyed the open open floor plan plenty of comfortable seating. Eating, drinking Sunday football, puzzles and game playing areas! The fact that we could enjoy sunrise and sunset from the condo was awesome! The private hot tub, on the spacious patio with plenty of lounge chair seating was the best! The panoramic view was breath taking. The facility it self was clean and well maintained pool, hot tub, decks, hall ways, elevators parking.
Just a few things may have been helpful. First we would have been pleased to know about beach service. We did rent from a company that we had to carry and set up our own. We would have preferred to have them set up for us. The condo phone rang several times everyday with telemarketers. Possibility of the number being put on the no call list would have helped. It would have been good to have an information sheet instructions of phone number of the registration office for questions or concerns about the facility. A key drop box in the South tower for early departures. Also where to take the trash, how to run the dishwasher, and finally hair dryers included in the bath rooms would be a wonderful addition.
We would love to return sometime in the future. My husband and I would love to come to Surfmaster Penthouse I for Winter when we retire in a couple of years!!!!
Yes, we would recommend this property to others but, may not so we can keep it to ourselves!

Seven aging couples spent a week at the beach at this house. It was very nice, though only four of the rooms have kind sized beds, the other four are set up for children with two double beds per room. Not bad, just unexpected.
The location is GREAT, the house is GREAT, the event was memorable. I'd recommend it to anyone.

My wife and I, her parents, and my mother stayed here for a week. We couldn't have been happier with the condo. Compass Rose 32 is very clean, recently updated, and very nicely decorated. An unobstructed ocean view is always nice but the screened in large patio in the condo makes it even more enjoyable. The stairs from the patio down to the pool are a nice touch too. The condo is located way south on the Grand Strand so it was nice and quiet. This place is great. We'll be back.

Virginia Beach

For the most part, we had an enjoyable time. However there was only one oceanfront bedroom. The rest of the bedrooms were ocean view which meant looking out a window. We would have preferred more oceanfront bedrooms. The kitchen was large and the island was a plus. It was nice to be able to have more than one person working in the kitchen at the same time. All appliances worked very well. We liked the wood floor much better than carpet or tile on the first floor. House was clean but the furniture was stained in the living room area. The picnic table on the deck was unusable as the seat on one side was broken in half. (Realty company removed the broken seat.) The screened in porch was really great. We spent a lot of time out there eating meals, playing games and reading even when it was raining. The view was fantastic and it was only a short walk to the beach. This was our first experience with the linen package and it was great. The house had Wi-Fi and it worked well. We went shopping at Tanger's outlets. We had dinner one night at Toscano's Italian restaurant in Myrtle Beach. It was quite good. Even though it stormed quite a bit we still had a wonderful week.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this property. The table and chairs that were added to the deck were wonderful! We enjoyed every night sitting out there playing cards and enjoying the view! I would highly recommend this condo! We stayed for 8 days, it was great!
