We were very pleased with Thomas House. It was spacious, good location. The coffee pot was broken. We bought one, left it for future guests. Mattresses on queen beds were uncomfortable. All else was wonderful. We hope to stay there aagain. Have rented beach houses for years. By far, we were mosnt impressed with Thomas House. Staff at rental office was very helpful. Beach access was wonderful. House was clean, comfortable, welcoming. I would recommend it to friends. Shopping, grocery stores closeby. We will definitely be returning to Thomas House.

We spent a week in August with our daughter and grandson (age 10) who live in Buffalo, NY. I wanted to make their vacation special and this condo did just that. Just exactly like the pictures - clean, beautiful, comfortable beds, and supplied with everything we needed. The chairs on the balcony even had cushions. When they say it is on the beach, it is ON the beach. Look straight down and there's the sand. Something you need to know...we couldn't hear our neighbors on either side, above or below and we know that those condos were rented!! Loved 207 Sea Master.

We had a great vacation. Location was wonderful. Layout of property was beautiful and well maintained. The unit did need some repairs. Balcony porch floor needs replaced, the kitchen sink was installed improperly and was falling out. Overall it was a nice place to stay, we had a great vacation there.

This was one of the nicest condo's we have stayed in at the Atalaya Towers. The only issue and it was very small was the vacuum belt was broken and we couldn't vacuum carpet. I love the fact the towels were included, the dryer was fast, the room was clean. We also enjoyed the fact that for the first time chairs, umbrellas and toys were available for our use. Will definitely book 1506 again.

Very quiet time of year to visit! Was super convenient to be able to walk right out onto the beach, with the option of using the pool. A previous review from about a year ago mention roaches, but we had no such problem. Would like to stay here in the future.

We had a great time and were pleased with the pools and the way the staff at the Surf Master kept things orderly and clean. The unit was nice but I reported to maintenance that we had a leak in the tub and a cabinet door that did not close properly. They never came to look at it or fix it. I hope the next guest have it fixed before their week. The only problem we saw was the cabinets have an odor when opened that is very offensive and smelled like moth balls. Otherwise the accommodations were very good.

We had the family with us (sons and wives and 2 grandkids). Used the pool daily, and the beach is just across the street. Good views from the decks. kitchen well equipped. enjoyed the week and the home.

We love One Ocean Place. We have stayed there many years for our vacations. The unit was well decorated and clean. The only challenges we faced were in the kitchen. We had to open the sliding door to cook breakfast meats on the oven to keep the smoke detector from going off. There is shortage of sharp knives and the oven is very hot. You have to be careful in all cooking. However, once we bought some knives and learned the nuances of the oven, everything was fine. Would stay there gain.

the other reviews of this condo were correct in that it has not been updated, but who cares? the price was great & it was clean & in a great quiet location. Plus it is right next door to the Conch Restaurant. We would stay here again.

Nice kitchen. Furniture inside was good. The only thing I was very dissatisfied with was the porch furniture . Two plastic adirondack chairs and three straight back wood chairs. Comfortable porch chairs would have given an even better review. We stay on the porch a lot and would have appreciated better chairs there. This problem may keep me from renting this unit again.
I would recommend this unit if you don't sit on the porch a lot.

was very good we always stay at the surfmaster
just cant always get the room we want. got to book early.the unit we stayed in had no carpeting. we like the units with carpeting much better. their cleaners could do a better job.
