condo was clean on arrival kitchen had everything you need. wonderful view and we loved watching the dolphins. it was nice to have maintenance on the property. parking was so easy and right in front mof condo. if you like to eat out myrtle beach is the place to go.

We have rented this unit before and will continue to do so given the view and the affordability. It seems like a home away from home and we love it. the tub needs repair as it drips, the kitchen pots and pans could stand a major refresh as most are completely worn out. Other than that a great place to stay.

This condo was neat, clean and has an excellent view! Everything that we were promised was true and the weather even cooperated. Make sure you bring field glasses because the Dolphins will swim along the beach and watching from the balcony is a must. If you enjoy a laid back atmosphere, nice beach walks, great local food and relaxation, this is the spot for you! If there is a drawback the cable service is not HD but who wants to watch tv on vacation anyways!

This unit was the prettiest and nicest condo we have ever stayed in. Clean, spacious, plenty of towels, everything in good working order and everything we needed for the week. The person I dealt with to reserve was very friendly, accommodating & helpful. My aunt inquired with someone else at the realty office regarding extending their stay in the unit and also asked general questions about when rates go up & down. That particular person was not helpful or friendly.

The Boat House is a perfect location. Walking distance from pier and shops. The back porch view is amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and are excited to stay again.

We have rented this home for the past seven years with our family. My Mom loved the beach and she always vacationed with us. She lived to be 95 and died one month after she stayed with us at Mariposa. What a blessing this home was for her and our family has treasured memories of loads of fun at the beach. The home is spacious, clean, and whenever we have experienced any kind of a problem Garden City Realty resolved it quickly. We especially like the neighborhood -it is quiet and peaceful. We choose not to eat in restaurants-the grocery stores are handy and the kitchen is equipped with everything imaginable. We enjoy riding our bikes to Market Commons and to Myrtle Beach State Park. We also like to spend time playing and walking the beautiful beach. To our family it is the perfect vacation home.

Loved our stay here! The condo was great and gave me and my 2 daughters room to spread out. Nice porch with great ocean view. Only complaint was that the pool was full of leaves and debris, including a chair that sat in the pool for days. Really needed to be cleaned. Also I would've liked an inside chain for the front door. The maids tried to come in early and I was in the shower.

It was my families first time in Myrtle Beach, our condo was beautiful! It was roomy and comfortable, some items were a little outdated, master bath shower didn't work on full blast, but the building, grounds, property management company was all wonderful. It was very clean, had plenty of towels and linens. New paint job and smart TVs were a wonderful surprise, we would stay again, highly recommend, the view from balcony was absolutely gorgeous!
