The recliner in living room was one reason we rented this is necessary for my husband who has recently had a stroke. The view was excellent, the master bedroom was spacious with a very comfortable bed. A hand shower and handicap bar in the back bathroom shower would be appreciated as he cannot get into the tub in the master bathroom.
The kitchen was owell supplied with all I needed. We also appreciated the provided linens. It was necessary for us to wash all the bedding for the twin beds as they were very soiled. Also the writing on inside of the drawers in the back bedroom should be removed. We enjoyed our stay here and will be back next year and will look forward to the new blinds.

We had a fantastic time! The house was the perfect layout for us and the location was amazing! Walking on the beach and having immediate access was breathtaking! Ordering linens/towels was worth it and hassle-free! At the end of our stay, a key drop off would have prevented an extra 1/2 hour for our trip home to Canada! The use of the washer & dryer was a bonus too! It was easily accessible to shopping & in a very safe area - perfect for morning jogs! The only disappointment was the lack of recycling for garbage - how guilty it makes us feel when we have both green & blue box recycling back home!

As usual stating in 1207 for the fourth year has been a great experience. Sheets for twin beds need to be deep pocket for the bottom as it is very hard to use regular ones n these beds. Everything else has been taken care of. Thank you Garden City Realty.

We all loved the house, pretty and relaxed environment with amenities beyond our expectations. The whole family was delighted from age's 5 up to 60. Lovely views of the cleanest beach and water imaginable, a comfortable place with room for everyone to enjoy regardless of the weather. And close to everything we wanted to do. Fun pool and Jacuzzi icing on the cake.

This house is not for those looking for modern and sleek. It is for those looking for exceptional views of the ocean (in the distance) and the marsh. It has a wonderful yard that is perfect for setting up a game of bean bag toss and the dock makes a great place to set out a comfortable chair and just watch the tide change. The interior needs work but we found it to be clean and comfortable for the 6 of us. The bedrooms are situated 2 on each side of the house and with a small bathroom to share for each set of bedrooms. The living/dining room is in the center and the kitchen is very large and well equipped with pans, plates, and utensils. There is no dishwasher but that was not a problem. The kitchen also has a large counter separating that space from the living/dining area. This works great for setting up buffet style meal service. I will give this property 4 stars on condition because there are some fixes that should be attended to and the furniture could use some updating (although I found the bed very comfortable. The biggest plus for this house is its' location for the price asked. We had a great time and will definitely consider this house in the future.

Our trip to Garden City, SC, and being able to stay in this well maintained and beautiful condo and building (ocean front) was a very enjoyable experience. The staff at Garden City Realty was very kind and professional!! The condo we stayed in (Waterforde 203) is a beautiful, clean, updated condo and everything was just wonderful!! Would highly recommend this condo to others and will plan to rent this condo again. It would be nice to have a TV in the non-ocean front bedroom as well, but not a big deal.
