We loved this condo! We have stayed at many over the last 10 years but this was by far the best! Beautifully and comfortably decorated and great location. Very clean. With conch cafe next door and Muriel's inlet just down the street. The wifi didn't work the first day but gardencity worked hard sending over maintenance and tech and then finally time warner. We would love to stay here again!

The condo was beautifully and tastefully decorated yet comfortable and homey. This was the prettiest condo that I found on virtual tour. We enjoyed our stay so much we hated to leave. We'll be back when it's available again.
The only thing I would change is the front door needs to be painted because of the rust.

I spent the weekend at Compass Rose with my mother, grandmother, sister, niece and my best friend for my 40th birthday. We had an amazing time. The condo is very cozy and clean with an amazing ocean front view as well as a view of the inlet. We will definitely be back next year!!

We had a wonderful time, weather was great, enjoyed long walks on the beach everyday, visits with fishermen on the pier, fireworks along the beach almost every night. Wish we could have stayed longer. Only regret was the immediate distance to the public could get a bit crowed in front of our rental.

we arrived on 4/18 to the Metzler house. The house was perfect and had everything we needed from plates all the way to Margarita blender. You couldn't ask for a better house to rent. We will definitely be renting again from them.

Beautiful home with a nice front deck (on ocean side), very close to beach, excellent screened in porch (great for morning coffee!!!) Rooms were clean, bathrooms clean. Very nice!!!

We enjoyed the condo, particularly the southwest facing balcony in the afternoons with the sun making it comfortable even if the temperature was a little on the cool side. We also were glad to have the big screen TV to watch "March Madness.

This year was not as enjoyable since all windows and doors were being replaced with new. We were not made aware of this ahead of time but Garden City did make cost adjustments to our satisfaction. We have booked again for next year as we really like the unit, the area and everyone we have to deal with. Would recommend to anyone.
