Fabulous, great little condo!

This was our first time renting a house on the beach, we researched a lot. After all this was our youngests graduation and everything had to be perfect! Boy did we do good! This was a great place!!And a great price. The house had everything we needed.Complete kitchen to puzzels,books,games and movies. We had 7 family members and plenty of room. It really was on the beach, just walk over the dunes and there it was. Beautiful! This was probably the first rental this season, so I didn't mind...but 2 bathrooms were a little dirty with hairs and such on the floor. With some updating the experience could be better. Low water pressure for showers. Doors that stick and are noisy. Dead roaches needed to be vacuumed up. But really, the location and price made it all worth it! I would rent this again!

This is the 4th time we've stayed at P's and T's and all experiences have been very good. The only issue we had with the house was the lack of a working ice maker on both sides, both P's and T's.

We have rented through Garden City Realty for many many years and Surfmaster is one of our favorite properties. This unit was very clean, nicely decorated and well appointed. Surfmaster's beach location is absolutely perfect. Having the rental office on the premises and all towels and linens included is also very convenient. And the weather cooperated splendidly.

We have been to Myrtle Beach many times, and stayed in a few different places. The condo in Sea Master was perfect for us. Plenty of beds, and right on the beach ! Perfect !

Garden City

This was our first time renting a beach house and in the area. We had 19 people in our group and still have plenty of room to lay around, sleep and hang out. Loved that we had our own pool as the ocean water was only 60 degrees.
The house was perfect, met all our needs. Will definitely be coming back.

My wife and I checked in at One Ocean Place (210) on April 11, 2015 for a week. My sister and brother-in-law stayed with us for the first 3 nights. All in all we had a nice time. Listed below are the pros and cons of our stay.

Pros:
Great location.
Plenty of seats in living room for everyone.
Every bedroom has a TV with remote.
Condo was clean.
Plenty of seats out on the balcony.
Easy parking with lots of spaces during the off season.
Very quiet during our stay.

Cons:
Tub in the 3rd bedroom with the twin beds barely drains at all.
Windows in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms should be replaced. They don't seal out the road noise from the main beach road much better than if the window was open.
Need some steak knives and a paring knife in the kitchen.
The two red recliners in the living room have about used up their shelf life and should be replaced. Cushions on them are very thin and uncomfortable. Their appearance isn't bad though.

We would stay there again, but would hope the stated items would be fixed/added/replaced for all the guests (and owners).

Madame Butterfly suits our needs completely. It was exactly as advertised, very clean and close to many restaurants and activities. We are two adults that go to Myrtle Beach/Garden City for the sun, beach and fishing. There were a couple of fish caught but plenty of sunshine and warm temps. Bed linens and towels are the only items we needed to provide. There are plenty of beach chairs and toys and boards for all ages. We eat most meals out but the kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need to cook and bake. When we return to Myrtle Beach, we will book well in advance as this house is very popular. We had to call Garden City Realty's maintenance department for a minor problem. The problem was fixed in less than an hour. In addition to being very professional, the people ar Garden City Realty are friendly, helpful and a pleasure to work with. We would definitely recommend this house to family and friends....but only if they are not going away the same time we are. The airport being only 20 minutes away is a major plus.

Wonderful place, but could use a couple replacement items that are in rough shape...refrigerator dood is duct taped inside and seal around door kept falling off, pool scimmer, outdoor broom handle is rusted,bedroom slider screen would fall off everytime you would try to go outside, only one last thing...the mirror closet in guest room looked pretty rough with the cracks in it. Other than those few things...which are minor, it was wonderful. Didnt care for owner just walking in either..felt very uncomfortable with that, but I dont think it was intentional. Thankyou and we really did enjoy it!
