Seascape was the most amazing home to stay in that we have ever leased for our vacations at the beach. It was close to everything that kept the kids occupied and was loaded with all the extras for a great week of relaxation. The elevator was the original reason for our interest, due to my parents advanced age, they can not walk up and down the stairs. The elevator was a wonderful addition for everyone. Will be back to stay next year. Thank you!!!

I have stayed at this property before but in a different unit, Love it all, enjoy coffee each morning on the balcony, more than enough room for everyone, kitchen is great(blender would be nice). Unit is very clean, loved having all linens included. Only problem I had was the door lock and key were very tricky, small problem. Will stay with them again.

This was the first time for my family to stay in Garden City, had been to Myrtle Beach area three times in the past, but this place was the best. The unit was beautiful, decorated very tastefully, had absolutely everything we needed for the week. We did not have to take our own sheets/towels, they were in our room individually packaged. The balcony was very large overlooking the ocean with plenty enough seating. The location was perfect, lifeguard right in front of the condo, umbrella and chair rentals from the lifeguard. Within walking distance to the Garden City pier. We will be returning and hopefully staying in this unit again!

We loved our condo--it was beautiful and very comfortable. We were disappointed that during our stay there was a water leak in the front bath and leaked into the closet and caused some water damage to a few items in the closet and we were unable to use the closet for the rest of our visit (5 days). The problem was addressed and corrected promptly however. There was also only 1 elevator for all but the last day (sat) of our stay which caused major inconvience for us as we had 4 small children with us. We would definitely recommend this condo and hopefully the problems we experienced has been resolved.

We have stayed at the Surf Master properties many times over the years, this was our first in one of the penthouses. The unit was better than advertised, everything neat, clean and in excellent shape. The only issue was the spa, it needed drained and cleaned but with one call it was taken care of in short order. The views were spectacular, the weather was great! Sunny, very warm with a little cloudiness, Couldn't have asked for anything better. We hated to leave at the end of the week but look forward to staying in this unit again. I have never had a bad experience at the Surf Master units but this one is truly amazing!!

I have family in the area and we stay here every time we come down. We love the place and feel at home. We expect to be coming many times in the future.
This was the first time we had any issues. The washer left grease marks on 3 loads of laundry. I will continue to visit however may do the laundry at my Dad's house.

We really enjoy this place. The fishing, rocking on the porches and walking distance to the uncrowded ocean. Fireworks almost each night...sat on the front porch and enjoy them. We had a really great time.

We have stayed at One Ocean Place for past two summers and both weeks have been wonderful! Condos are well-stocked, roomy, with fantastic oceanfront views from inside condo as well as on spacious decks.

Rock Hill

Ocean Air is a very nice property and worked well with our diverse family dynamic. We have stayed in another property of this owner and know that they try to take good care of their homes. The biggest drawback is that the upstairs middle bedroom does not have a bathroom and we have all couples and their children staying in each room. Although we are family there were times when it was inconvenient for the couple in that room to access a bathroom. We had to call maintenance (who responded promptly) for the lights in the pool area and one of the bedrooms, which were not working, and only some of those were fixed during our stay. All in all, though, a very nice place to stay and we will return next year.

Our 3rd visit to Penthouse I was exciting. Several sharks were sited nearby, one elevator was out of order, and my husband and I got stuck on the other elevator. The penthouse was beautiful and well equipped as usual. Only complaints...the master shower door shattered on our 3rd night (we are thankful no children were cut) and the air conditioner wasn't working properly in the 2 king bedrooms. It was an unusually hot week. We especially enjoyed seafood and produce from Angela's. Our favorite restaurants were Bubba's and The Inlet Crab House in Murrell's Inlet.

This was our 3rd time at Seascape which should say it all.We LOVE the place and only have 2 minor complaints, the same from all 3 visits: 1. The WI FI is very weak, difficult to stay connected, perhaps a new modem would solve this issue. 2. The sliding glass doors to the main porch is VERY difficult to operate, small children and elderly grandparents need assistance. However, we have pre booked for 2016 so these issues are more a nuisance than anything else.
