This was our 6th year in this unit. We occupy it from Jan 1 thru April 1. We had another excellent stay. Surfmaster units are a great ocean fron location convenient to shopping, dining, hospital, and anything one could want. This unit was newly remodeled uncluding new bathrooms, kitchen appliances, furniture, ceiling fans etc. We love this unit and have reserved it again for next year. We also had the privilege to meet the owners this year. They are a wonderful couple.

We had a great vacation. The condo we spotless and had everything we could possibly need for a great time. In a bedroom closet we found beach chairs and toys for the kids, since we few there this was very handy.

WE found the unit to be very comfortable, clean nicely decorated and furnished with all the kitchen accesss we needed.. We loved our stay and look forward to coming back again. The staff from office to maintenance were very friendly and very professional...Thank you very much.

Wonderful Condo. Best stocked kitchen EVER!! Was absolutely SPOTLESS when we arrived. Rocking chairs on balcony are wonderful !!!! A couple of outlets are loose or not working but otherwise wonderful!!!

This location and facility was one of the finest for the $$ that we have ever stayed at in the Carolinas. The only negative was the inability to get the DVR to respond to the remote, even after maintenance was there. Also, during check-in/check-out, the lady that assisted us has appeared to maybe been at her job a little too long. Not the friendliest, even following the above feedback. All that being said, would absolutely stay here again.

Great vacation place, loved our unit, big and very nice and clean. Would recommend to anyone. Outside was immaculate, parking garage was a very big plus.. Enjoyed the view of the sunrise each morning from our balcony. Would definitely stay here again...

It was nice but when the wind blew the cold air came through the door like it might as well been open. Maintence left some strip to put in because I asked for help with the draft, that did not work. I stuffed paper towels in the door each night with a knife and it stopped the wind from coming in. I think that helped with the heating. Everything else was good.

We have been using Garden City Realty for over 25 years, sometime twice in the same year. We cannot begin to say enough about the great customer service we have always received.
Very rarely have we had to call for repairs, but when we did all was taken care of promptly.
All rentals have been clean and well maintained, except for a few times when minor repairs need to be made. ie: crack in wall or ceiling repair needed... Most kitchen gadgets needed and a amble supply of dishes. Check-In and Check-Out is very easy.

We loved the condo and would stay there again. We loved the big windows and view to the beach. Very nice and clean.

We had 4 children and spouses and 11 grandchildren ranging in ages 3 months to 17 years.
We could not have picked a better house for our vacation.
All had a great time. I will have to say that the info on Monday Night fireworks was 2 years old and needs to be removed. The info on recycle should be with the garbage information.
There was sand on the floor of the two large bedrooms when we arrived.

Garden City Realty is wonderful to work with. I was very undecided and they were great at helping me find a rental! Answered all of my questions. Overall condo was clean. Outlets could use some maintenance. Many very loose. As pictured.

Aside from a few minor items, we had a great week at Sandy Paws & several family members thought this was one of the better places we've stayed for our annual beach trip. I read other reviews and the issues still remain, 2 baths had slow drains, the kitchen needs more supplies, ie can opener, dish towels, pot holders, etc. The pool was pretty dirty and the pool light broken so the grandkids couldn't swim at night. Next door was being remodeled and their pool full of stagnant water, frogs & mosquitoes. We called and someone came immediately to treat the neighbor's pool. We rented a golf cart that was nice for transporting items to the beach, but was closer to the beach than anticipated so we also walked with no problem. We would definitely stay here again.
