The condo was very clean and nice. Our only issue was the frequent breakdown of the elevators. We had 31 family members in 4 condos on several floors. My mother is wheelchair bound and because of the elevators was unable to enjoy several family events held on other floors. We will consider this when booking in the future.

Very nice older beach house on the beach. The screened-in porch was great. Some of the mattresses were not the best and some of the electrical outlets did not work. Was pleased to find it had wifi, as it was not mentioned in the website description. Overall, very satisfied with the house and would rent it again.

Very nice property. Lived up to its description and pictures. However a bit far for Teens who want to have the hub bub of Myrtle Beach. Such as Shows, Barefoot Landing & Broadway at the Beach.

Newly updated condo! Had electric blackout shades in the master bedroom and electric roll down screens in the living room. Everything was neat and clean. The view was wonderful. The only thing I did not like about the condo facility is that there were no bathrooms down by the pool. With little kids this can be a little work going up and down the elevator every time someone has to go to the bathroom. Besides that we had a wonderful stay and would stay again. There was a wonderful oceanfront restaurant within walking distance called the Conche Cafe!

Our family stayed at Gramie's Playhouse and we loved everything about the house and the location. We had a nice breeze from the ocean whike sitting on the porch. The house is updated and very clean. The kitchen is fully stocked and very spacious. We will continue to rent this house each year.

We have stayed several places in Garden City over the years through Garden City Realty. This was one of the cleanest that I can remember. The air conditioner worked well and there were ceiling fans. The balcony was larger than we usually have. Hope to stay in this condo again!

Condo was fresh and clean. Love the decor!
Check-in person was more attentive to phone calls than to me. Range and stovetop took forever to heat up and never seemed to get hot enough to brown food. Possibly hooked to 120 instead of 240?
Aside from this problem, our stay was wonderful!
