This house has everything you need for a large family vacation! The location is fabulous, with two docks and a lovely piece of private beach. The house is clean and the two kitchens are well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Kayak and paddle boards were so fun! Loved it!

We stayed 7 days in Mystric Tide in July. The check-in and check-out service was excellent and speedy. the house was just as described with an ocean view and a short walk to the ocean. i would definetly stay again and would recommend it to everybody.

You did it again! Dennis and the gang, we thank you so much for another GREAT RENTAL EXPERIENCE!! This property was one of the best we've stayed in. Three choices; The Beach, The Inlet, or just relax By The pool!!! We took two boats down (a center consol and a Jon boat). We rode around in the inlet when we wanted to. We fished when we wanted to. Caught some beautiful flounder! This property is UNBELIEVABLE!! Our family LOVED THE SPACE. The floor plan takes some getting used to but once you learn where everything is, you'll love it! THE BEST LOACATION FOR JULY 4TH FIREWORKS!! THE BEST SUNSETS ON THE BEACH! Hopefully, we can get THIS PROPERTY again! Plenty of parking! Private boat ramp!! What more could you ask for!! Thanks again for another GREAT SUMMER VACATION!!

Loved Garden City area. The Penthouse D was very clean and nice. It was a little out dated with decor. The deck was fantastic!! Parking was a nightmare. Has two spaces and most of the time couldn't even find one parking spot. Also the ice maker did not work. Called office but no one ever checked it.

I have been vacationing at Surfmaster for years. This particular condo was recently re-modeled and I just loved the new furniture, the new flooring,the paint job, etc.. The weather was great and we had a wonderful time.
