This is the third time we have rented this house, and have booked it again for next year. House is very nice and has tons of room. Pool, jacuzzi and the beach is 50 feet out the back door. What more could you ask for!
The house is in a very nice spot. It feels almost like you have your own private beach.

Mariposa was wonderful - cleaner than last year and new updates were greatly appreciated! Rental Company could provide keys when you first arrive instead of having you return to wait and wait - it was stressful. They should also be there early on Sat am's when folks are leaving early. A slight adjustment to their schedule would make the process much nicer!

This was our 5th year renting the Mariposa and it is a great house! The one disappointment we had was that the hot tub never worked the entire stay. Otherwise, it was a perfect week!

We enjoyed one ocean place unit 103 very much. The entire complex has godawful parking though, and the WiFi was horrible. Our unit 103 was clean, comfortable and had a wonderful view.

Reviewed this property after our last stay and this year it seems as though I was heard! More towel holders in bathrooms, updated decor, new living room furniture and the house was much cleaner upon arrival than in years past. A great week at Surfside!

What a great place to relax. The Living Room floors were beautiful and make me want them for my own house. I enjoyed going to sleep every night with the window cracked so I could hear the ocean. The only down side is that there is only enough parking for one car per unit. So if you have 2 couples using the same unit you need to plan ahead and car pool or run the risk of parking blocks away.

Had a great week. Loved the location to the beach and the pool was perfect. The grill could use an update. Not a gas grill and very small so only used one time. Could use a clean up in the back yard by the steps. Otherwise inside of house was very clean and updated. Pool maintenance was perfect, management company very professional and helpful. We had 6 adults, 1 child and 2 dogs and we were very comfortable. Would visit here again.

Love staying at Licence to Chill for family vacation! Bedrooms are located away from the kitchen/living area for early or late sleepers. Kitchen was well equipped (minus a blender). Pool was well maintained but could use some new poolside furniture as one of the only 2 chairs was broken. This has become our family's beach vacation home each summer as we all come together for the week!

This is our fourth stay at License to Chill. We love the location. The house is roomy, was clean, and we enjoyed the private pool. The sofas and king mattress are worn and need to be replaced .

This home is an excellent choice for a family vacation. Our kids loved playing in the pool. The short walk (5 minute stroll) to the beach was well worth the discount of not staying oceanfront. The inlet views are nice, especially at dawn and dusk.

We've been coming to the Garden Area since Hugo. For the most part have stayed with Garden City Realty properties and have never been disappointed. This house was no exception. Well maintained and wonderful view.

Enjoyed the relaxing time at the vacation condo. It was great having two separate bedrooms plus 2 bathrooms. The kitchen, living area also had a sleeper sofa. Linens were included in the package. Kitchen was remodeled for 2015. Laundry in the unit was convenient. Also, included a small closet in the front area to store beach items. Also enjoyed the view of the ocean from the deck. Had several dinners on the deck overlooking the ocean. Property management was prompt to address any concerns.
