Our overall vacation experience at Atalaya Tower 903 was most enjoyable. The property is in a GREAT location. The only negatives would be the pool is in the parking lot rather than next to the ocean. The check in process was a little tedious due to the fact there are only two elevators for 16 floors of condos and everyone is checking in at approximately the same time! One of the elevators was broken the entire second day of our stay but was fixed by the third day.

Started out in 903; however, due to no air moved to 603. This unit was great. Nice, clean and modern. Bedding/pillows very nice. Would definitely rent this unit again. Thanks Ashley for all your help.

I always have enjoyed visiting Garden City Beach, my favorite vacation spot. I have been coming here for 25 + years, and hope to return again soon. This is and was a Christmas Vacation Gift for My Mother, 2 Daughter's 1 Son-In-Law and 2 Grandkids. Everyone was very Pleased with there stay, and the Unit was Very Nice, and Clean, Thank You and God Bless

All the females in the family went to Myrtle Beach for fun and food. Atalaya Tower was wonderful. Nice and clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful week. We will probably go back next year.

Very nice, clean, updated, very comfortable Condo. TVs in every bedroom. Sixth floor was great-not too high but high enough. Great ocean view. Would definitely stay here again. Had everything needed to cook, and we cooked a couple of big meals. Loved Atalaya 605!!

The service we received from Garden City Realty was great. This property is in a great location and we have stayed here many times. The condo we rented was very clean but could use some updating to the decor. I usually stay in one of the time share condos and hey have all been upgraded. But everything was good and in good working condition.

Great location, very close to the Garden City pier. House was great, love having the four bathrooms. Only one problem with tubs not draining very well. We would definitely recommend this house to family and friends and we would rent again as well. We had a wonderful vacation.

This place was perfect for the amount of people we had. When we showed up there was a few problems with the cleanness of one of the sides but, they can right away and got it taken care of.

The house was plenty roomy enough for our family of 13.Enjoyed having the 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and plenty of water pressure for all when getting ready to go out.The downstairs got pretty warm by evening as the air conditioning didn't keep it very cool.Was hard to get hold of someone to come look at it and then it took a couple days before someone showed up.When someone finally came he said he would send someone out to look at it,but we never saw anyone after that.The music from the pier was enjoyable in the evening while sitting on the deck.Great proximity to walk to the pier and stores.A little disheartened that tents couldn't be put on the beach as we have always done this in the past.Overall our stay was very enjoyable.

The property was clean and ready prior to 3pm. when he downstairs a/c unit malfunctioned, the repairs were completed within a few hours. overall, I would use Garden City Realty on my next trip to Myrtle Beach.
