Location was great. Loved being ocean front. Home is showing its age needs some updating. AC strained to keep the unit cool needed to run floor fans the entire week to cool rooms down

It was lovely! The only issue we had was that the recycling/trash pick up didn't always happen on the days posted on the refrigerator. Also, some of the dishes in the cabinets were very dirty - the people before us must not have washed them very well. Otherwise it was great!!

The condo is sufficient, nothing fancy, nothing grand. VIEW is spectacular - we pay to have that. The condo building, and pool are nicely cared for and the staff are responsive and helpful.

We had a wonderful time staying at Beach Lovers. The house is very nice and well kept. The kitchen is well stocked and we encountered no problems during the week. The pool was wonderful and the view and quick access to the beach could not be beat. Would definitely recommend this house and would stay here again.

This was my first experience with vacationing in this area (usually do the gulf), but I found
this home and beach VERY family friendly. I
would stay here again. The open great room/dining room/kitchen area enabled us to keep an eye on the younger family members and
still enjoy normal activities (cooking..very well stocked kitchen, tv, games, and hanging out on the porch. The only drawback would be the absence of a tub, but the
outdoor shower enable us to take care of the littler family members. The beach was great, bring your chairs as the material suggests. I used the linen service/beds made and arrived to a place where I could just begin VACATIONING! No grill, but have a small portable that we used out in the lawn area.
Fenced yard was great for kids to run around and there was all kinds of off street parking.

We have rented several different homes in the Garden City, and Surfside area over the past several years. The Beachside Windy Hill house was by far the best house we've ever rented! It was so beautifully decorated, and so spacious. The pool was absolutely beautiful, and the front porch was perfect!! We will definitely be renting this house again in the future!

The Property worked beautifully for us and we did enjoy it. There was plenty of hot water (a big plus) for showers and plenty of places for us to sit together. The decks were great with plenty of places to hang out including sitting area by the pool. Having said that, the pool needs to be cleaned everyday, it's conceivable that 30 people could be using it once. We and the attached property were in the pool constantly. Also, a paint patch job would go a long way on the living room ceiling and the black dishwasher was dirty and stunk even after we ran it through 2 dish-free washes.

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at Sea Oaks.The shower stall in the master suite was a little tight but overall the rooms were nice. Also they may need to think about an upgrade to the TV and DVD player. I had small children and we all like sit and enjoy a movie before bed, not that the children last that long after being at the pool and beach all day.
