I must say, our vacation did not start the way we planned. However, after calling Garden City Realty and speaking with the manager Brad, it was resolved within a few hours, which was only due to looking at other homes to accommodate our family.
Brad was genuinely concerned and went above and beyond to help us find a perfect place to say on our annual family vacation. We have used other Realty companies around the Myrtle Beach area and have never received such great customer service! Kudos to the entire office team at Garden City Realty!
We ended up picking Manta Ray Mansion. This is a beautiful duplex overlooking the inlet with a private pool. Needless to say, that’s where the kids most of the days. We were just a walk to Garden City Pier and the beach. My husband had an opportunity to meet the owners during our stay and they too asked if there were any suggestions or improvement recommendations. He thought they were super nice and a very personable couple. So, if you choose to rent here, you are not only staying in a beautiful home, but you are renting from great people, both owners and management at Garden City Realty.

Our unit was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay. We were happy to see security on property. The location was awesome beach front. The beach was clean. We found a restaurant right on the beach to the left of the building. I can't remember the name. We would stay there again.

The property was just as described. We have stayed in condos in lots of places and this one was very clean. I did not like that the bed linens and towels were not included, but that seems to be the norm in this area. Overall, it was a great place for us. A public beach access right across the street, grocery store nearby and plenty of room. We would probably stay here again. The reservation process was very easy.

We had a wonderful vacation again at Sandy Shores ll. This was our 3rd year in a row there. It's in a great location. Beach access is right across the street. The pool is salt water which is great! Unit 218 is very comfortable. It has everything you need for your stay. However, dead bolt can be tricky to lock. We would rent this unit again!!

Good week except for issues with air conditioner (called repair service twice) and concerns with some of the electrical (blinking lights, receptacles appeared unsafe in some rooms. Loved the view.

2nd time staying at One Ocean Place. Both experiences were great, we like the quiet location. Staff very friendly, easy check in and out.

This was our 3rd time staying at One Ocean Place and 2nd time staying in unit 1110. We found the condo to be very clean, had comfortable beds,and was nicely furnished. I also liked that the linen package was included with the rental. The view of the ocean was amazing from this unit; I could stay there forever! The toaster in this unit needs to be replaced though, it only toasts one side of the bread and the shower in the master bedroom doesn't have much water pressure. The washer/dryer combo is for very small loads. Otherwise, my family & I enjoyed our stay and I would rent this unit again if we decide to go back to Myrtle Beach in the future.

Our overall vacation experience at Atalaya Tower 903 was most enjoyable. The property is in a GREAT location. The only negatives would be the pool is in the parking lot rather than next to the ocean. The check in process was a little tedious due to the fact there are only two elevators for 16 floors of condos and everyone is checking in at approximately the same time! One of the elevators was broken the entire second day of our stay but was fixed by the third day.
