My girlfriend and I hadn't been on vacation for a very long time. We did quite a bit of research looking for a nice place to stay on the beach. A friend recommended SurfMaster.The recommendation was spot on! The booking, payment, check in and check out processes were easy and they supplied all necessary documentation promptly. All personnel were friendly. The complex overall was clean, our first requirement, parking was not an issue for us although this has been a complaint in many other was good to see the presence of security personnel. The pool and hot tub were clean. Our room was very well decorated and very clean. The kitchen was adequately supplied and the AC was great. The view from any of the unit was magnificent which we took advantage of many times having dinner on the balcony. It was so nice being oceanfront allowing us to beach and come back to the condo for eating, etc. So SurfMaster get's an "A" overall. Myrtle Beach itself was also nice. The boardwalk was trashy and disappointing. This area definitely needs to be cleaned up. On the positive side we greatly enjoyed Atalaya and the Brookgreen Gardens. While both our kids are grown I believe that there are many nice attractions to keep everyone happy. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend SurfMaster and Myrtle Beach to others looking for a fun and relaxing vacation!

Long weekend with my lifelong girlfriends from the North East was the best ever. Oceanfront view from one of the bedrooms and living room. Can't wait to do it again. Garden City Realty associates were all so friendly and helpful, I really appreciate their help.

Our vacation was great, a nice time to relax, enjoy one another's company, eat great food, take walks on the beach and make new memories. I have no complaints about the condo, building or maintenance as everything was very nice and clean. This is probably one of my favorite places. The kids would have liked to have been closer to the peer or rocks but we enjoyed the quietness and less crowded beach area. The only concern I had was not really with the property at all, but with the place next door. There was a person who had a Harley and would run it daily for who knows what reason, there was also sounds from there that sounded as if someone was welding or cutting pipe, a couple of dogs who did not seem to get along and would bark and whine. All of this had nothing to do with our condo but I had my 21 mth and 4 mth old grandchildren with us and the noise would startle them whenever these things would occur. We cannot control all that goes on around us but just try to adapt.

Wonderful! While the condo does feel a bit dated, it's very nice and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The parking situation is really bad however - it didn't matter so much to us as we only had one car but if friends/adult family had accompanied us (it was a two-bedroom condo), it would have been impossible.

Our stay at Abernathy cottage was great we are planning on renting it again this year & next year. Very well stocked kitchen comfortable beds beautiful view close to pier and would recommend this house to anyone.

We stayed in the condo for 1 week. My teenegers loved it - condo is renovated, very clean, comfortable, pool is a very good size, ocean is 60 sec away, and beach is empty and clean. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony with ocean view and listening to the waves with a glass of wine and a book.
