Our vacation was great, a nice time to relax, enjoy one another's company, eat great food, take walks on the beach and make new memories. I have no complaints about the condo, building or maintenance as everything was very nice and clean. This is probably one of my favorite places. The kids would have liked to have been closer to the peer or rocks but we enjoyed the quietness and less crowded beach area. The only concern I had was not really with the property at all, but with the place next door. There was a person who had a Harley and would run it daily for who knows what reason, there was also sounds from there that sounded as if someone was welding or cutting pipe, a couple of dogs who did not seem to get along and would bark and whine. All of this had nothing to do with our condo but I had my 21 mth and 4 mth old grandchildren with us and the noise would startle them whenever these things would occur. We cannot control all that goes on around us but just try to adapt.

Wonderful! While the condo does feel a bit dated, it's very nice and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The parking situation is really bad however - it didn't matter so much to us as we only had one car but if friends/adult family had accompanied us (it was a two-bedroom condo), it would have been impossible.

Our stay at Abernathy cottage was great we are planning on renting it again this year & next year. Very well stocked kitchen comfortable beds beautiful view close to pier and would recommend this house to anyone.

We stayed in the condo for 1 week. My teenegers loved it - condo is renovated, very clean, comfortable, pool is a very good size, ocean is 60 sec away, and beach is empty and clean. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony with ocean view and listening to the waves with a glass of wine and a book.

My family had a wonderful stay. There were 6 of us ranging in age from 8 - 61 and everyone of us enjoyed the stay. The condo was exactly as it appeared on line. The view from the balcony and location to the beach are amazing. While we didn't do much cooking at the condo, we found that the condo had everything we needed to prepare the few meals we did make. Love the fact there is a washer and dryer on site.

Our family enjoyed walking down to the beach to Garden City Pier, lots of swimming, Pirates Voyage, shopping at Broadway on the Beach and Barefoot Landing and the wonderful dining options.

I would recommend this condo to anyone traveling to the beach. Our family loves the Garden City area. This condo was perfect for us.

This unit is in our favorite condo, Sea Banks, because of location. We love being right on the beach. The owner takes great pride in decorating the unit, however, it is a little crowded in the living/dining area. Because of the way we like to enjoy our time at the beach, some attention to the deck furniture would be appreciated and upgrading the TV in the living room would be great. We would definitely stay in Sea Banks, Unit 302, again.

I was afraid of being on the 12th floor but it wasn't too high and had an amazing view. The unit was very clean. Carpet was spotless. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Would rent this unit again. Enjoyed the fireworks too! We were very pleasantly surprised how fast the check in and check out were. Beach was well looked after.
