The unit was exactly as described. The beach was a little crowded. (public beach access on both sides of complex) A great value for an oceanfront unit. Garden City Realty staff superb as always. A great unit for the younger crowd with the band playing at the pier and the arcade across the street.

We had a wonderful visit in August. Beautiful view from the balcony. The unit was clean and nicely decorated. This was our second year to rent the unit we were happy that the kitchen sink was fixed but the sweeper didn't work again. With kids, I like to sweep a few times. Overall, a very good week. I will just bring my own sweeper next year.

Our condo was everything we had hoped for and more. It was SOoo nice to have Garden City Realty,Inc in the SAME building. They were very helpful & friendly about everything. The location was fantastic. We loved being right on the beach & it wasn't overcrowded. We definitely will be back!!!!!!!!!??

This was our first family vacation in the Garden City area.This rental was just as pictured. It was clean, up-to-date, and well-maintained. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. The ONLY complaint for us was the automatic humidifier in the unit. It was quite loud, especially as it ran during the night. It was located at the master bedroom and often woke us up when turning on during the night. Other than that, our stay in this unit was splendid! We will return!

This location is fantastic. It's a little far from Sam's Corner & Kroger, but it's also a bit quieter on this end of the beach. Being near a jetty can be troublesome, as other beachgoers and fishermen like to camp there, sometimes directly in front of the house! The rooms are very nice, especially the master suite on the top floor. The enclosed patio is also a big hit with the family. All in all, this is a property we will definitely be renting again for years to come.

The only problem we had was trying to figure out the kitchen stove. We could not keep the left front burner on.
We are talking about next year already and will book with Garden City Realty. The staff was friendly and helped us with Barry's special needs without even hesitating.

Our rental experience was 110% at Surfmaster By The Sea. Checkin took 5 minutes. Room was very clean and very spacious for our family of 6. A few small things that need some TLC, but overall Room 108 was amazing. Loved the view and spacious living room for all of our family to enjoy.

Other than years when we chose to rent private cottages on the beach, this was the best accommodation for our group of four. Condo was spotless, spacious and most important, well insulated. Privacy and sleeping was never a problem. Management was most accommodating. Would definitely choose this unit again.

The condo we stayed at was absolutely beautiful very clean and prime location. This was my families favorite place to stay so far. I have a 13 and 19 year old. Was very clean and cozy, perfect for a small family. The most upsetting thing would be the view, seeing the neighbors door across or leaning to see a small glimpse of the ocean was upsetting but was excellent other than that.
