Compass Rose 31 was one of the nicest places we’ve stayed at in Garden City. It was very spacious, comfortable and clean. We all loved the screened in porch. Access to the pool area and beach were very easy. We stayed for a long weekend and mostly ate out so didn’t need to use the kitchen, although it was also very nice and clean. Stella’s ice cream is a must! The Dead Dog Saloon in Murrell’s Inlet had a really nice Mother’s Day buffet. We would definitely stay here again!

Our condo was perfect! Great location, fantastic pool, amazing beach! The view from the porch was so great and a perfect spot to drink coffee every morning. It was very clean. The beds were comfy. There was a lot of room. We just enjoyed it so much! Will definitely be renting again!

We had a great stay at the Beachouse! The unit was super clean and had everything we needed. I received a text much earlier than check-in, letting us know it was ready. We really appreciated checking in early, since we were able to unload the car before we went to the beach. We will definitely be back there! Easy access to the beach!

When my daughter turned 30, instead of a present or party, she wanted to replicate the beach experiences she had enjoyed as a child when my father would rent a beach house for the family. Although her immediate family was present, she also invited some of her friends to the vacation. This house was a pefect fit for us. The open floor plan for the kitchen and den areas invites conversation and congregation, the porches are spacious and well supplied with enough chairs for the whole group, and the kitchen is stocked with cookware for large meals. We spent the week making fancy cocktails, cooking for each other, watching the sunsets over the inlet, and playing beach games. The beach was easily accessible and the fixed and floating docks made outside recreation all the more enjoyable!

UTICA

Marlin Quay offered beautiful vies of the inlet-the marina, and the stunning sunsets!! The condo was clean, spacious, bright and very comfortable. Beach access was a very short stroll and the 2 nearby restaurants offered food and drinks for any mood!!

Enjoyed our stay very much ! Was disappointed that the recliners shown on line for seating area was not there. That was one reason we booked this place - Very nice and clean even though no recliners. Maintenace being done on stairwell was annoying at times.

This was our first stay at the Sun Dial and we would definitely go back. Unit 21 was clean and had everything we needed. The exterior of Sun Dial is well maintained and the balcony was perfect for relaxing. The convenience of having stairs on the pool side is a must have for us and not many condos offer this feature. Don’t hesitate to stay here!

Garden City Realty is my favorite company to do vacation rentals through because they respond promptly if any concerns arise during your stay. This specific condo offers zero steps for beach access which is a plus if traveling with mobility challenged individuals. Condo offers great space, perfect balcony and nearby two awesome piers!

We found a great place to be right on the beach! It may be small but, it is very clean and love the decks.
Cozy best describes the over all feel and storage can be a problem. Over all, we would recommend it for any couple.

We enjoyed our stay at Just add water. The house was just a short walk to the beach. We brought our golf cart, but usually just walked. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Beach House 107. While on the balcony if we were any closer we would practically be in the water. Unit was clean and the lay out was great. This is a very quiet condo community with direct access to beach just steps out the door. It is also very convenient to many restaurants and activities in the area. Garden City Realty was great to rent from. Great communication and even sent us a text the morning of our arrival letting us know the unit was available to check in early. We will definitely be back.
