The condo we stayed in was amazing like always. We have stayed in the same one for 5 years now. The only issue was 1 elevator was down and the second one went down one evening causing us to walk up to the 7th floor. It was always a very long wait to get on.

My wife and I stayed at 602 One Ocean Place. We found the unit clean and very well kept. We have stayed at 602 before and will request that unit again. The only thing that I would suggest to the owner is to purchase a double boiler to steam shrimp and vegetables and a colander to drain pasta and spray clean vegetables. We arrived home late last night and have already started to plan an October 2025 trip back to One Ocean Place. I have recommended One Clear Placed to my friends and family. We rented bikes, took a sunset cruise, had lunch at Morse Park, walked the beach, had dinner a couple nights around the Surfside area and enjoyed the hot tubs at One Ocean Place.

Surfmaster 711 condo was clean however the central air conditioner unit in the closet is way too loud and vibrates. The bedroom carpets have seen there day should be removed. Otherwise all was well!

Had a great stay and the home is perfect for a large family. Contacted the management company that the bedroom on the left side was warm and found that the vent was covered over when the new floor was installed. Other than that, everything else was fine.

This unit is a nice floor plan. It was the perfect size for my daughters and I. The biggest problem is that this unit as 2 or 3 others 4 steps down from the elevator. You have to unload the gurney and carry everything to the room. Same goes for leaving. Carry everything to the stairs, up the stairs and on to the gurney. No way could this unit be good for anyone with trouble with stairs. When we got to the room, the ac/heat was off as expected. We struggled to maintain the comfort of the unit all week long. The coffee maker is a fancy Cuisinart that has no instructions. There is a regular pot in the cabinet over the sink. Most units these days have Kurigeg pots.
