Let me start by saying how great Garden City Realty is. Everyone I interacted with was so nice. The ladies in the office and the man from maintenance were great! The unit was comfortable and clean. The bed and furniture was comfortable. The floor was very nice and shiny! The carpet was clean and in great condition. The kitchen could use a few items like flatware, a new skillet, a cutting board, and a paring knife. The kitchen is equipped with a Kuerig type coffee maker and a regular coffee maker. It's a pleasure to enjoy your morning coffee out on the balcony in the ocean breeze. The shower has the strongest water pressure I have EVER experienced. It was like being washed by a pressure washer!! We enjoyed our week at the beach in this unit.

the down stairs sink leaked water last year this year still not repaired water everywhere when you turn it on.....1st bedroom left down stairs shower inop...water barely dribbles out could only take a bath ....over all we enjoy our stay there ...plenty of parking space for 8 couples .....from the back of the house left side it takes a long time to get hot water to sinks/tubs

We had a wonderful two weeks at Surfmaster Penthouse I. The Condo was well furnished and maintained, with new furniture on the wonderful outdoor decks. Everyone at Garden City Realty who we encountered was very nice and helpful.

The process to secure our rental was easy and everything worked exactly as stated. All of our needs were met except we didn’t have wash cloths. Called maintenance and they brought over another set. Still only 2 washcloths for 3 people. Everything else was great! Would stay here again!!

This unit is updated very nicely and was extremely clean. It had all the boxes checked for what I look for when booking a vacation rental. It's a three bedroom and many times these rentals don't have enough seating to deal with the rental capacity. This rental had ample living room seating and plenty of dining seats to accommodate its stated sleeping capacity. The balcony also had adequate seating. I understand depending on an owner's situation (kids and/or small dogs) why they would put the safety mesh on the balcony railing, but that is the one thing I wasn't thrilled about. We spend a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the view and the pictures online did not include the presence of that mesh which likely would have steered me away depending on the availability of other units. Not a detraction, just a personal preference that may be helpful for others to know.

As far as other items you don't see in rental pictures, this unit has it all. Plenty of cooking resources (pots, pans, utensils), plenty of dishes, a Keurig and a regular coffee pot, a closet full of beach supplies, and games and puzzles to keep you or any kids busy. Plenty of dresser space for clothes as well. (The only thing I can say would be helpful is to clear out some closet space. There was a lot of stuff in the closets and hardly any room to hang clothes. But not a deal breaker by any means, just would be helpful.)

The inside is in as perfect condition as you would want for a vacation rental. I would highly recommend this unit.

Very good. The unit was well equipped and recently renovated. My only suggestion is that check out time be changed to 11:00 a.m. It is difficult being out by 10:00 a.m

We have stayed in this unit several times before. We were disappointed this time with the uncomfortable sofas.They were the same as before,but were hard on our bodies. Couldn’t even get comfy to read or watch tv. I know the reasoning behind sleeper sofas,but it would be so nice to have comfy furniture. Even a nice recliner.

I was thrilled when I arrived at night to find a very clean and comfortable spot for my extended stay. Bed linens pillow covers, mattress pads etc are always important. I have no complaints at all. The owners obviously pay attention to all the details and it really shows. Well done.I look forward to returning.

This beautiful condo has everything you need for a stress free vacation. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Good location, close to stores and restaurants. Great ocean view. Comfortable beds although a little softer than we like. Balcony rockers are very comfortable. Beach chairs. Hot tub and pool area are nice. Games, books, movies and music on the TV. Nightlights in the bathrooms were a nice touch. Nothing was lacking. An enjoyable week in May. Would stay in this condo again.

Everything was great and better than expected. Will return again. Realty agent checked in with us continuously to be sure that everything met our expectations.

We had a good experience - loved the view from the balcony but the condo could use some upgrades.

Overall a nice and comfortable unit but it could use a few fixes/upgrades. The HVAC system had a loud vibrating noise and a technician looked at it and wedged a couple of shims between panels on the unit. It did help a lot but was still a bit noisy. There is no wall switch for the overhead light in the second bedroom and the only way to turn on this light is a pull chain that I could barely reach. This room could also use a ceiling fan. The sliding glass door in the living room is hard to operate and could be a real problem for children or the elderly to use. Now for the good. The ocean view from inside the unit and balcony are good, nice kitchen layout, shower in master bath is roomy, and king bed is comfortable
