From the moment we arrived at the house we knew we were going to have a wonderful week of fun and relaxation. The house was clean and well furnished and included more than enough dishes, cookware and utensils for our large crowd of 12. At the time of our stay there were 5 boogie boards, 5 usable beach chairs, several inflatable floats, and lots of buckets, shovels and such to keep the little ones happy. A small charcoal grill was on the deck for our burgers and shrimp cookout. We really enjoyed the screened in porch to watch the amazing sunrises while drinking our coffee and watching the Dolphins swim by. The only problem we encountered was with the bedding. The only comfortable bed was the king size bed. The other mattresses were very uncomfortable. We rate the house as 5 star and the bedding as 2 star.

Enjoyed this house so much . The house was decorated lovely . Lots of room for a crowd to spread out . Kitchen was beautiful with all the amenities you could ask for , including a large crab pot . We used this after using the crab cages there . Nice king size bed in nicely decorated bedrooms . The outdoor pool area was amazing . Really enjoyed the pool and gazebo with the water views . Just a short walk to the beach and point nearby . Loved this house . Would recommend it to anyone .

We had a lovely time in spite of rainy weather earlier in the week. Our unit was updated a few years ago and is in ok shape still. It is due for some sprucing up. One thing that has to get better is the WI FI needs to be upgraded. This is a working vacation for us and it is imperative we have reliable WIFI - it was spotty and we had to roam the unit to find signal.

We had a great stay here. Great location, nicely decorated p, lots of space, comfortable, clean, would stay here again. The only issue we really had was the wifi service is terrible, very slow or won't connect.

614 is an end unit on the south and & is a great location. The oceanfront balcony was very private, yet you could see one of the pools below. The condition of the unit was very good, and the size was perfect for 5 people. I would recommend this unit and would choose this unit again id travelling to Myrtle Beach on vacation.

This was a very nice condo with lots of space and excellent ocean view. It was very clean and quiet. The master bedroom mattress was comfortable. It was nice having Garden City Realty office on location in case you had any problems.
