This was an amazing vacation week at the Beach House 317. Very clean condo close to the beach. No need to go early to get a spot, a lot of space. This part of the beach is not crowded and very clean. A lot of amenites at the Condo. The view from the balcony is awesome. Close to the Garden City Pier. The kids loved the place with all the attractions at the Pier. I recommended to place to everybody.

We have been vacationing in the area for 30 years and this is one of our favorite condos. The room was large,clean and beautiful. There were 2 adult couples and 2 children in the room with plenty of space for all. Both bedrooms were very large. It was so nice to be able to leave the room and be on the beach in 2 minutes.We walked every morning from the condo to both piers.Again a great condo.We will beback again!

We have stayed in this building previously but by far this unit was the best. We love Garden City and will definitely be back and will request this unit. The owners added the little touches that make it feel like a home and not a rental. The beds were one of be most comfortable I have ever slept on. The hot tub on the balcony was perfect. We had a wonderful time and loved it.

This unit was really focused on the customer. The unit is beautiful and the location is awesome, but it was the little details that catered to the customer that amazed me. The owners have really gone out of their way to make your stay in their unit comfortable and convenient. Anything you need and more this unit has. Thank you to the owners for all the small details - like the cozy blankets we snuggled in, extra beach chair we needed and didn't have with us, well stocked kitchen supplies, and too much more to list.
The balcony and living room view drew us to this unit when deciding which unit to rent, the views were above expectations, breath taking. I enjoyed sitting on balcony for morning breakfast and evening relaxing time.
Our family recommends this unit, you will not be disappointed. We will be renting this unit again for our future beach trips.
