We had a wonderful time in 303. Will definitely be back next year. Had some problems with outlets in master bedroom, called office and they responded quickly. Had everything fixed by the next morning. Only suggestion to make is maybe add a crock pot for families who cook in. Beautiful place!!! Definitely will be booking again!!!

This is the second year we stayed at this location. This house is perfect for my family. The location is perfect. My husband and I are both 64 so our vacation time is for relaxing. He is retired, but I still work. Our 2 daughters and their husbands along with our 2 grandchildren come also, so there is plenty of room. The only problem is we have to come when the rates go down after Labor Day and being that my granddaughter is in 7th grade means she has to be taken out of school. If there was another house similar, with rates similar during the on season time, that would even be better. Hope to see you next year!

Our vacation experience was great. The condo and grounds was great and very clean upon our arrival. The only issue we had was the commode not flushing properly in the master bathroom.

This is the 8th year that we have stayed in the Beach House Condos. We have been in multiple condos within the complex and they all were very nice but I have to say that Beach House 317 is the best. The decor is beautiful and I love the floors! The only thing I would change would be a hightop table and chairs for the deck and a TV for the second bedroom. Garden City is so much quieter than Myrtle Beach...we love it! And yet, you're still close to everything. Murrell's Inlet is 5 minutes away with fantastic restaurants and the Marshwalk and Broadway at the Beach is about 20 minutes away. We have stayed here with family aging from 1 year to 70 years and everyone enjoyed themselves. I would recommend this property to anyone. I would also recommend renting through Garden City Realty over other Realties in the area. Their prices are much better then most and they take care of their properties.

Shower in Master Bathroom was clogged (slow drain), and you were standing in water while trying to take a shower. That was the only dissapointment. Otherwise a great stay! You can't beat the views from the wrap-around balcony.

From the day I first contacted Garden City Realty to arrange our stay, everyone was so helpful and it all went so smoothly. My daughter and I enjoyed every minute of the wonderful, but too short, week at Surfmaster. My family began staying there about 21 years ago, and went every year until 2008 when my husband became terminally ill. Many happy memories stay with us.

We've been coming to Seasider for years -- it's a wonderful small complex, very quiet and relaxing. All the other units we've stayed in were very nice, but 302 has had its was a real mess last year (patches on holes in the wall had been started but not finished, that kind of thing). Some things were better this year (new paint and carpet), but she still shows her age. However, remember, it's at the beach and things corrode at the beach. Just wish they'd get new balcony furniture....
