Great house. Really.

The biggest negative: no large table for the entire family (7 of us) to gather around for meals; dining table seats 4, bar seats 6, outside table will take a crowded 6. But it was do-able.
Suggestion: put a big table in dining area and reduce the seats in the living room. The front room (addition) has a big TV and lots of seating for gathering, so living room is really not needed.

Oak Hill

The house was in an excellent location, very close to the beach. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Plenty of room for everyone.

I've been Renting houses for vacation from Garden City Rentals for a few yrs, I've always been very pleased with the rental properties I've choosen, this year my Famiy had a very good time and we will be back next year, the home was clean, the pool needs repair, but the kids enjoyed it anyway, the pool guy was on his job! rating #5, maintenance was great any complaints they're always available, I just love Garden City Realty!!

This is our second year at GulfStream Villas (107 & 113) and we couldn't ask for more from a vacation rental. The townhouse was clean and well stocked. The private pool and beach access are super. Would definitely recommend

The condo was beautiful! Recently updated with plenty of space for the whole family. You can't beat the view! You can see out to the ocean, as well as up to the Surfside pier and the Garden City pier from the balcony. Comfortable furniture and beds. Nice flatscreen HDTV in the living room and Master suite. We hope to return in the future.

Enjoyed our stay at Surfmaster very much! Only frustrating experience was the Wi-Fi internet connection was extremely low, kept losing connection on our iPads.

Our stay was good but the owner needs to replace some of the mattresses! A gas grill is also needed. It is a nice house, great location,nice pool and hot tub but is way overpriced! There are many other nice places like this one at a lower price. Next year we will be looking for a better value for our money. Thank you Garden City Realty staff for being so friendly and professional!

Beach House 206 is a nice beachfront condo. The view of the beach was spectacular! The unit was clean and well-equipped. The air conditioning worked well, but was noisy. Most of the faucets are plumbed backwards, and were hard to turn on, and the kitchen cabinets were hard to open. There was an ironing board, but no iron. Adirondack chairs on the balcony were broken, and taller chairs would have given a better view of the ocean. The washer, dryer, and dishwasher were very much appreciated. The grounds on the beach front were littered all week with garbage, which was disappointing. But overall, this condo was a good choice. Loved the framed story about the owl!

This was our 3rd year staying at Mariposa. The house is wonderful, has everything you could need; the pool, hot tub, and pool deck were well maintained. I would highly recommend Mariposa and Garden City Realty to friends and family.

We have stayed in this unit twice. The kitchen is very well equipped in comparison to similar units. The kitchen, baths are upgraded and flat screen TV's throughout. I was very happy to see free WI-FI has been added. We would definitely stay here again. We have vacationed at One Ocean Place for 15 years with our now grown children and love the property!

the place was super clean. close to the shopping center and easy to drive back. the rooms were very compfortable and a good size. the ocean was so warm this was unbeleivable. the place was so close to the ocean that it was touching the first stair.
