we came into a refreshingly clean and comfortable condo that was well decorated and equipped with anything we needed, including a beach umbrella! We loved sitting and enjoying the gorgeous ocean view with a good beverage or a good book, and beach access from the spiral staircase was a wonderful plus. Lovely place and lovely well maintained place to spend beach time.

My husband and I along with his brother and wife have been coming to Garden City for a lot of years. Last year was our first time at Surfmaster. It is a beautiful unit. The balcony is huge. Right on the water. Beautiful sunrises. We came back this year and were not disappointed. The owners had replaced the outdoor furniture with rocking chairs. The living room sofa could be replaced, but aside from that no complaints.

The building was very well kept and maintained. Security was well maintained. Parking even in late Sept was very tight. I cannot imagine how it would be in peak months. The unit itself 203, was average. The air conditioning was at best struggling to keep the unit at 78 degrees. The unit needs carpet cleaned and a general overall cleaning. Sliding doors need oiling as well as front bedroom windows ( queen bed ), which were almost inoperable. This unit has the possibility of being a five star rental with its location, view of ocean and amenity's provided by the complex. It needs a upgrade, leather chairs in living room were worn on arms. You had to place a blanket on them. Again this unit could be a Five star unit with upgrades. TV in living room was outdated and on its last legs. The cable TV system Time Warner was horrible. It really would not cost much from paint to some new furnishing upgrades to make this unit truly amazing. Grounds keeper was punctual every morning, pleasant and seemed to care about his job and took pride in it

When we arrived the house was clean and ready. It is on a peaceful and quiet street, of course it was after Labor Day so things are quieter here then anyway. There were a few issues...the ice maker did not work, a blind in the living room and a front bedroom was broken. A bulb was missing in a bedroom lamp but replaced right away by Garden City Realtor folks. All in all though a very nice and well kept place. We would definitely stay there again.

We started out as 3 couples renting we have added a 4th couple this year. We Always have a great time and yes everything was in order. There has been mention in the past of possibly having WI FI available. Thankyou for allowing us to stay at mystic tide

The experience was overall very nice. I do have to say that we battled a constant flow of cockroaches every night. That was less than thrilling to deal with. You may want to make sure that they are faithfully spraying for the insects. We never saw any inside but on both the back porch and the screened in porch facing the road. But otherwise absolutely beautiful.

I've been renting homes fro Garden City Realy for some time, this yr. My Rental was changed due to the fact the owner of my previous rental wouldn't do upgrades, I had the option of choosing the original but stayed with their opinion, and glad I did, my family from Arkansas stayed in this house, and enjoyed themselves, the Inlet waters rolls right up to the back door, it's so nice to sit on the screened porch and listen to the waves, they'll be back next year. But they do need Flat screens in all rooms, Thanks Brad!

First, the goods: amazing location, close to the beach and tons of restaurants, activities, sites, etc. Not so close where you're bothered by other tourists, not so far where you can't be one of them. Plus $100 free golf cart rental is included in price, which makes it super-simple to get around.

A few bads: when we got there the pool was dirty, but one call and they came to clean it right away. Some of the doors stick and the TVs are very, very small (hey, it rained one day!). There is also a slight wasp problem on two of the balconies, so we didn't use them.

But this place is amazing, spotless and perfect for the price. The only reason anything slightly bad stood out is because everything else was so great. Highly recommend and will definitely be back to Garden City Reality, if not this exact house.

FWIW, we were a mixed group of 20-30 year old friends and couples with a total of four kids, ages 4-17 and EVERYONE had a blast. :)
