Unit satisfied us and would rent again. Does need some work to make it a little better rental experience. As with anything has pros and cons, but pros outweighed cons. Pros - parking convenient, ease of access to beach, 3 TV's, 3 DVD's, no bugs, large balcony. Cons - entry door needs painting, rusted heaters in bathrooms very unattractive, rusted nails in baseboard, no table on balcony, some stained carpet, poor lighting in one bath, no hooks on bath doors, carpet on balcony torn badly. Most of these items could be easily fixed. Still a good experience.

Happy with location, charm of the decor and the cleanliness of the condo. Only problem we encountered was with your parking accommodations. We brought our car ( a Hyundai Elantra) and parked it since our son was there with his SUV. We parked in a spot on the right side of the parking lot and had the paint removed from the front door handle passenger side because of other guests not being very careful. We understand patrons have kids but your slots are way too narrow. Handle on refrigerator was broken - called Crystal in maintenance and she would have sent someone to repair it but we told her it did not affect the running of the fridge we just wanted it noted.

There was a very musty smell, maybe due to a very damp and rotting area under the kitchen sink. There could be more dishes to make the dish washer more useful. You needed more clean dishes before the dishwasher was full enough to rum.

Been staying at Sea Master for last 12 years. This is my 4th unit. The unit was great. Love staying at this condo. It is well kept as are all the units. Spacious and comfortable. Would recommend.

There were eleven of us staying at Seascape the first week of September 2015. The first two full days were mostly rained on due to tropical storm Erika but that didn't dampen our spirits in this beautiful house and it's view of the ocean. Three of the couples were "inlaws" that had never met before and these rainy days gave them time to talk and bond. They are now fast friends with each other. There was plenty of room for us all to be together without being on top of each other and with everyone having their own bedroom/bath and all six decks/porches they could have private time too. Couldn't have been a better location for us. So close to pier, arcade and little shops. If the fisherman in our group wasn't on the pier fishing he was watching the pier from our deck. There's a quiet family atmosphere in the area not as crowded and central Myrtle Beach area and plenty of sandy beach. Would love to go back again.

Our stay at the Sanderling was very nice. The location was great, not in a congested area, but convenient to shopping and restaurants. The elevator was a necessity for our disabled family member who requires handicap access. The house was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We loved the beach being so close, and the porches with rocking chairs were enjoyed by all.

We were very pleased with everything about this rental. The house was Gorgeous inside and out. The pool and hot tub was very well maintained. The only complaint I would have is they over paid their maid service because the was dust in a lot of places in the rental but overall I will be renting this same property next year

Surfmaster is a wonderful place to stay. The location is awesome. This is our 4th stay, but in a different unit. Unit 408 is beautiful, but could use more kitchen amenities. Also, the internet connection was very slow (we use internet for work). All considered, I would recommend the Surfmaster.

We stayed for the first time with another couple in Penthouse C for a week in September 2015. The open floor plan was great with beautiful views of the ocean. For being a penthouse we thought the outdoor furniture could have been nicer and the concrete deck floor could have been painted. There were many stains on it. The living room furniture was very nice. Although the bathrooms were clean the tile needed some work. There also was not a lot of storage in the bathroom. The second bedroom had a very small old television but living room had a large flat screen tv. The pool area was clean and had plenty of chairs.
