This condo was super clean. All appliances worked, in fact they appleared to be brand new. Excellent dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, washer, dryer. Beautiful furniture and screened porch. All the plumbing worked and was in excellent condition.Good water pressure. The foam topper on the master bedroom mattress was outstanding. What good sleep! We like cable TV, & all the TVs in the condo were great. The condo furnished plenty of clean, sanitized towels. Beautiful wood floors throughout the condo and clean carpets in bedrooms. Kitchen cabinets and drawers were fully furnished with everything you could possibly need.

I absolutely loved our stay at the Surf Master #107. The property's description was right on, and it had everything we needed and then some. The condo was extremely clean, well-maintained and had spectacular views of the ocean. The location was right on the beach, and the condo was equipped with everything we needed. We love the way it's set up, and it's one of the best condo's I have ever stayed in. If you are thinking about booking Surf Master #107, I highly recommend you DO. We will be booking this condo again in the future and won't regret it!

Beautiful stay at Waters Edge 312. Daughter turned 21 years old and never been to the ocean. Went with our dear friends. My husband and I haven’t been in Myrtle Beach in over 23 years. Missed it for sure. What a beautiful place.

Rental is in a great location close to restaurants and shops. Loved that we could access the beach without having to cross a street. Kitchen is well appointed for the nights that we cooked at the house. Maintenance had to be called twice and responded within minutes of our call. Only negative is that the carpets are very stained. They need to go and be replaced with LVT flooring. Also, the toilet in the 1st floor bathroom bedroom had the water refill tube not secure and occasionally would spray water onto the floor. Needs metal clip to secure it - I actually put a band-aid to secure the tube as a temporary fix during our stay.

We loved our stay in Surfside; location was great. Being right on the beach was amazing! We enjoyed walking the beach and easy access to many great golf courses located with 20 minutes from this unit. I will definitely go back to Surfside and hopefully this unit is available for our next trip.

I've stayed at several vacation rentals in the Wachesaw Plantation and this one ranks right up there as one of the best stays! The unit was spotless, and had all the upgrades and amenities a person could ask for. The staff at Garden City Realty were wonderful; helpful and responsive which made checking in, checking out and paying a breeze. I highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

This home was so beautiful & well maintained. So much room! we had 4 couples there for bike week. there was PLENTY of room to spread out The beds were very comfy, TV in every bedroom, LARGE garage for parking the bikes & close to everything. Highly recommend! We hope to stay there again in the fall for Bike week.

The beds still had the plastic that they come new. Was hot to sleep in and sheets would not stay on bed. Me and my husband sweated all night due to the plastic. Front porch receptacle needs replaced.Slow drain on MB tub.Would rent again if plastic on beds replaced with mattress protectors, this is only reason I would not recommend
