This is the third time we have spent March at a condo in Marlin Quay, the second time in 104. The location is really great with the balcony facing SW, so we get lots of warm sunshine in the afternoon; and get to observe the sun setting each evening. The condo is comfortable and roomy and well supplied with everything we need.

Needed a week to just kickback and recharge. Played golf, chartered a fishing boat, target practice at a gun range, and of course long walks on the beach. Good meals, some at restaurants, some off the grill that property provided.

Our stay at One Ocean Place was and enjoyable stay except for the the continuous problem with parking . Which I do realize that you have no control of. They were painting and patching the building and for several days on end their was parking spots not being used d/t fear of paint and etc damaging your vehicle.. The noise from machines and vibrations were continuous. Also the pool and spa were not working . One day the spa would work the next day it wouldn't. They drained the pool fix a leaking problem and the drilling with jack hammers were annoying. Other wise the unit it self was lovely. Had everything you needed for your stay. Beds were very comfortable. For the amount we paid it could have been more relaxing.

This unit is directly in front of the Jacuzzi and very near the pool and the walkway to the elevator, so there is absolutely no privacy on the balcony or in the unit if the blinds are open. The building was undergoing construction which caused a lot of noise and vibrations. Our family of 5 slept comfortably with the use of the sofa bed. The showers were hot and the water pressure was good. The office was extremely helpful and professional handling all of our needs. I like the property, its amenities, and proximity to restaurants, but I will request a higher floor next time.

Beach House 317 was very clean,décor was beautiful and the location was ideal (close to many restaurants, grocery store and amazing view) . I would recommend this property.

Overall very good experience. The walk-in shower in the bedroom with the twin beds did not work so we all had to share one shower. We did not call for maintenance because we didn't want to be bothered with workers coming in and out.

We literally had withdrawals after leaving this condo! The location is ideal, the price was very reasonable, and the bed was like a cloud. We cannot say enough about how perfect this unit was for us. Exceptionally clean, perfectly cool, and generously furnished. We do not care to stay anywhere else but here from now on. Definitely a five-star vacation rental. Thank y'all so much!

Property was as described. Location,layout and amenities were accurate. The two king sized beds were perfect for a great nights sleep. Most comfortable beds we have found in a long time on vacation. Property was immaculate and taken care of. Great customer service. Had issue with one of the TV's and maintenance came immediately to address the issue. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a special experience. What a view! Go to Prossers BBQ in Merrills Inlet for breakfast and/or lunch dinner. They serve buffet and there is something for everyone at a decent price.

Our unit was beautiful, clean and offered a spectacular view of the beach and ocean. It was quiet most of the time, and the Management company kept us informed about the construction that was going on at the time of our visit. Construction was a bit annoying because of the parking situation, but it was done quickly and only inconvenienced us for a short time.

Overall, our 1 month stay was very pleasant.
The only negative was that some of the furniture needed updating. The seat cushion on the white rattan chair was very soiled. We liked having the two reclining chairs rather than overstuffed chairs. We loved the ceramic lamp in the living room. We wanted to take it home with us!
