For the eighth year in a row I have enjoyed leaving PA winters behind and spending February in Garden City, SC. Surfmaster is a wonderful place to stay as your first view in the morning is the Atlantic Ocean and the beach. Unit 811 is very pleasant with all the conveniences of home. The location is great and Myrtle Beach offers so many great things to do.

The rental was very was well maintained.The only concern was more handicap spaces available.Most of the time all parking spaces were taken making it difficult for us to walk across the street.

Enjoyed the views. Condo was clean, could use some updating. Needs new bed pillows and blankets for second bedroom. Parking is a little tight, but no problem. We were glad to see security personnel on property.

We absolutely loved 307! Our favorite condo so far. Decorated very nicely and we felt at home. We didn't want to come back home. We will be back for sure. We had a wonderful time. We had great weather-no rain and hot! The only thing that wasn't stated in "leaving instructions" was what to do with pillows, comforters, and extra blankets. If it was and I missed it, I apologize. We folded them and left on the beds.

Overall, this unit was very nicely furnished and clean. We could have used a blanket for the guest room and hide-abed as we had family guests for President's Weekend. The bedspreads are rather heavy. The front door and window are very drafty.
The kitchen is quite well equipped (Knives are very dull). Our location is very good, and near things we wanted. The parking situation, beginning in Feb. is a real bummer! The ladies in the office are very cordial and helpful. Our view is beautiful. The construction and remodeling noises were quite annoying at times, and I imagine this will be an ongoing problem for a couple of years.

Very good. Meets our needs for 12 separate beds. Locks need to be changed. Tree in rear driveway needs to be trimmed. Office personnel very pleasant, helpful.

Because I had never rented any condo before, I was a little anxious as to what to expect. I couldn't have been more pleased with the condo (#702) than I was! I was visiting friends in Murrells Inlet and I told them how much I enjoyed staying in the condo. First off, it was immaculate, something I appreciated, and , secondly, of course, the beautiful view. I tried my utmost to leave the place as clean as orderly as it was when I arrived. In addition, I was fascinated by the row of books the owner had left. I started reading one and have investigated it on line to see if can purchase it. I will be visiting my friends in SC again in the near future, and would like to stay in the same condo, but due to the fact that I am a retiree I will have to save some more moolah. It is a lovely place and I was SO GLAD to be able to stay in such beautiful surroundings. The neighbors were even nice to me, too!

My family and I stayed at Compass Rose 12 for Christmas and we had a wonderful time. The condo was beautiful, it felt like home. We are already planning a return trip for Thanksgiving and hope to stay at Compass Rose 12 again.

This three bedroom/three bath condo overlooking the ocean is just lovely. The kitchen is modern and well appointed and the decor is very nice. Only complain is that the shower head in the master bath needs replacing. But we will be sure to stay here again. We love it!

The mattress on the king sz bed was VERY comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and other items. The unit did not have a DVD player in the living area. It would be great to have curtains instead of the very aggravating blinds in the living area as well as the master bedroom. Rental listing from Garden City Rentals stated renters had use of owners personal beach items, i.e. beach chairs, umbrellas, etc., which was not true. Good thing we brought our own items!!

Overall, we highly recommend this unit!!!!

Enjoyed our stay. Main bath needs updated, also twin mattresses need replaced. Really enjoyed living room furniture, new rug, TV.

Love this location. Great condo and beach for kids. Easy access to everything you need. Restaurant next door, the Conch Cafe, is amazing. Rooms very spacious. Awesome balcony views. Clean beach. Family friendly. Have rented here for about 10 years. My home away from home.

We love this condo. It's very clean and comfortable. It's in the perfect vacation spot for us. The management is very friendly and accommodating. The rental is very easy to work with as well as friendly and helpful. This is our second year here.
