We have stayed at various properties over the last 15 years and this was definitely one of our favorites. Very clean. Updated and comfortable. We loved the beach as it wasn't crowded. Everything just great!

We absolutely loved our stay at Mariposa. Our extended family spring break included kids as young as 4 and grandparents near 80. Everyone had a great time. The elevator worked easily for my elderly parents. The kids loved the pool and beach. The screened in porch was perfect for eating, relaxing and hanging out sun and bug free when needed.

The property was very clean and the kitchen had everything we could have ever needed.

We would certainly come back again. Our only issue (not even really a complaint) is some days we would go downstairs and the pool/spa would be 70 degrees and some days it would be 103/80. It never stopped the kids from going in regardless!

With all the pictures, you pretty much know what you're getting. We found unit 317 as described - well appointed, clean, in good repair. Excellent ocean-front location, and the view is fantastic. Pool beside is not a problem. Be prepared to climb 3 flights of stairs to get to it.

House right on the water was great. Neighboring houses were a little close but the breeze off of the ocean pretty much wiped out the sound coming from them. There was less soap in the house than we would have liked for 11 people but overall it was a great spot.

Our daughter picked Myrtle Beach for her Senior trip...our entire family came and it was wonderful! Perfect spot for what we were doing!
The kitchen was equipped with everything needed. We were able to take several walks to the beach with it being so close. Can't wait to go back!

I rented both sides of this house for a 4 couple vacation for the week before our annual golf trip. Perfect location right below Atlantic Ave. Against the Wind B was painted just before our stay and the fumes bothered 1 in our party but I personally stayed in that side with no issues. House was clean with everything you can need to stay. If playing southern courses again would stay again

Very nice home. Hopefully it will be available for our trip next year. The home is well appointed and clean. We had 10 people here and were quite comfortable. The location is perfect for our needs. The only issues were that nobody informed me the hot tub was not working at all and the pool wasn't cleaned until the afternoon before we checked out.

Rain when we arrived, unit was beautiful, had excellence food at Nance's, Flo's, Hot Fish Club and always Sam's. The sun came out and what a great weekend! Will love to come again!To top everything off we got to meet Jackie at Garden City Realty that told us about this unit and she was very nice! Overall great trip!

Spacious living/dining area. Clean and comfortable for my family of four adults. Beautiful view! Easy access to the beach via elevator or stairs. We used the stairs because they were right next to our room and we only had to walk up/down one flight.
Privacy may be an issue for some as anyone on the beach could see into the condo, especially at night. There are vertical blinds, but I rented this unit for the view and kept them open.
As in other reviews, the bathrooms could be updated, but they were clean and functional. The towel rack fell off of the wall, but maintenance arrived within 30 minutes of reporting it. The toilet in the master bedroom will continue running unless you jingle the handle.
Overall, we were very satisfied with this unit and had a great time. I would definitely rent this unit again. Just hope the weather is better next year!
