This was a fantastic vacation for my family! We had a great stay! The house was beautiful! It was clean and ready on time. Having the pool & the beach was wonderful not to mention the hot tub!! I had to call the management people once and they were very quick to respond and very nice/helpful.

From the first moment that we walked into this condo, we were blown away! It looked nice in the pictures, but it was even better in person. The view is absolutely beautiful, from the balcony and from the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room. It is the perfect place to watch the sunrise! It was spotless, and we never saw a single bug. The furniture was very nice - the couch looked brand new. The beds were very comfy. I was glad that the linen package was included in the price, and the beds were already made when we arrived (one less thing to do, and more time to spend on the beach!). There are life guards at the beach in front of the building. Guests are allowed to park two cars on site, but Garden City Realty has a parking lot available for extra cars - just ask them about it and they will tell you where it is and give you parking passes for it. This came in very handy for us, because we were a group of 8 people coming from 4 different places, so we had 4 cars. The only suggestion I have is that a map of the building would make things a lot easier. It took us a while to figure out which elevator to take to get to our condo, how to get to the pool, how to get to the beach, where the luggage carts were located (ground floor near the elevators), etc. We ate at the Conch Cafe next door for lunch one day, and it was excellent! It was a wonderful vacation that went by way too fast! I would love to stay at One Ocean Place 804 again!

This is the second time we have stayed in this home and the many problems experienced the first time have all been corrected. Additionally, the owner has replaced all the carpeting with some kind of artificial wood flooring which looks and feels very nice, but is tough enough for the beach, a real improvement. There were some minor repair issues which I passed on to the management which did not affect the quality of our stay.

Plusses.
Large house, many bedrooms, absolutely fabulous eating gathering much enjoyed as our 3 generation family of 14 celebrated out 50th anniversary. Great beach, not very crowded. Convenient location.

Minuses. low water pressure in baths, large second refrigerator would have been handy, but we worked around that with coolers. Range does not vent to outside. We grilled almost every meal, so this was not a factor for us.

Conclusion: highly recommended for a group that likes to eat together and spend a lot of time by the ocean and the pool and the large porch.

We had the full complement of sleepers and all went well. The pool was used when the ocean was rough or afternoons to be in the shade. A few problems were taken care of in short order and the pool was cleaned several times.

We loved staying here! The washer door was not working properly and the dryer squeaked something aweful but other than that it was awesome. Staff was really friendly and professional!

Our family had an absolutely wonderful week of vacation. Mystic Tide is the perfect home for us while we enjoyed our time at the beach. Very well maintained, clean, and spacious. We hope to stay there again in the future.

It was our families 3rd time at Metzler House. Everyone enjoyed it, from 80 year old Nana to 9 month old Baby Caleb. The pool being partially shaded in the afternoon is perfect for little kids who need a break from the sun. Although it's still pretty dated, it was very clean and met all our needs. Garden City Realty was very helpful this year in getting us in the house as soon as it was ready. Love the sunrises and watching the dolphins from the porch every morning. We'll be back!!

Well equipped and probably the most comfortable furniture I've ever seen. There only down side was construction (tile installation) in a unit close by - for 3 days- that was very loud. We just got out on the beach earlier and stayed later in the day until they were done - great vacation - said to leave!
