We have stayed in this unit many times. The new paint, carpet made it feel very nice. Someone should take a look at the stove. It needs new burners or they need to be repaired. Two of them you really couldn't cook on.

My family and I have vacationed at Garden City for the past 10 years and always stayed at the Beach House in different condos as we love the location. From this point on we will ONLY stay in 305. We will plan our vacation around the availability of this condo. It is by far the best condo we have stayed in. It has all the amenities from home right down to the Dyson sweeper. The décor is very tastefully done. Kudos to the owners...you have done it up right!

We loved the location of the property. The 5th floor was perfect - didn't have a long wait for elevators and the view was spectacular. The condo was nice except shows a bit of wear - utility door in need of repair, blinds are missing some of the vertical slats. The upholstery of the living room furniture is in need of a good cleaning.

This place is perfect!!!! Men enjoyed fishing! Ladies and kids enjoyed the pool!!! Loved the tanning part of pool! We only went to beach 2 times!! Extra quiet street. We have always stayed ocean front but not anymore!!! Every night sunsets were awesome!!!! Thanks for owners sharing their home??????

Location was perfect, kitchen was well stocked for cooking, roomy for the six of us, perfect swimming pool, close to the ocean both view and walking to. The family stayed for 7 nights and will return next year hoping to get the same room at the same time of the year. Would highly suggest Garden City Realty, Inc. for a vacation that you will not be disappointed in any way.

After staying in a condo rental with all the amenities of home, we don't care to stay in a hotel ever again! We were right on the beach and it had a great pool area. Very family friendly! Sea Master 401 was a bright, cheerful, spacious property. We liked the beach themed decor and the fact that the kids had their own seperate bedroom and bathroom. Close to the boardwalk, short drive to grocery store, restaurants, etc. Glad we stayed here instead of right in Myrtle Beach proper. Very fun time with the comforts of home, and at a reasonable rate! Thank you for the great stay!

The condo was just as described. Everything was clean and ready for our stay. The view was amazing. The 14th floor is high up but was worth the view. Everything looked very new.

We have stayed in this unit several times now and enjoyed it each time. The unit has been updated some and is very nice. Each bedroom has its own bath so makes privacy easy. Plenty of seating in the den area for our family and the views from the balcony are great. We enjoyed the hot tub on the balcony in the evening to wind down our day. We arrived early in the morning to take full advantage of the first day and notified the staff at Garden City Realty we were there but in no hurry for the space. Before lunch they had notified us it was available when ever we were ready to check in. Check in is easy and the staff always friendly. I have already recommended this location (Surf Master) to others and they liked it as well. Good location between the Garden City Pier and Surfside Pier.
