The condo itself was great. It was clean & right on the beach, which were the 2 most important things to us. We did make the mistake of going the week after July 4th, and had to deal with a lot of fireworks. The condos on both sides of us were letting them off every night until midnight, making it very difficult to get much rest.

We were very happy with our choice to stay at the Surfmaster 1010. The unit was as described and in perfect order. We were there because of a baseball tournament so we found the in unit washer and dryer invaluable. Great View of Course from the unit! Hardly a wait for the elevators and the parking was not a problem at all which was a nice surprise because we have had troubles in the past at other Condos trying to find a place for our Crew Cab pick up.

The one thing we found very bothersome was each night about 930pm other guests had started there very own fireworks displays until at least 11pm. Im talking morters exploding right off your balcony here, not firecrackers and sparklers. Very annoying.

renting from garden city realty was awesome, highly recommend them!!!! This property was nice but make sure you bring along a lot of your own kitchen supplies if you plan on cooking. The property was clean on the surface but under the beds was pretty bad, the cleaning service could do a lot better.

We loved our place,we enjoyed the balcony and the view. Everything in the unit was clean and very functional.
Difficult to find a parking space some days.
Location was great, lots of eating places close by and also shopping.

Nice unit and just feet away from the pier. Great oceanfront views, clean pool, and efficient a.c. in unit. Parking a little hectic at times, but street noise not an issue. If you seek lonely solitude, should not be tops on your list, but for a clean, accessible, family-oriented location, this one's just the ticket.

The beach house was clean and laid out very well. The Garden Realty staff was very helpful and courteous. We did not need to contact the realtor but am confident that any issue would have been handled promptly and professionally.
