The Condo was very nice. The only issue was that there were no linens for the fold out couches. The room was little close to the Jacuzzi and people could see directly into the room. Other than that is was very nice.

It was a great vacation. The room was very nice and updated. T.V. In master bedroom had a green line through it, kind of annoying but nothing major. Breaker was tripped during huge storm and maintenance came and fixed it in a pretty timely manner. I was overall very pleased with the condo this year.

Positives: One-bedroom bed was very comfortable; clean environment; well stocked; great view.
Negatives: Sofa bed was torture (unusable); patio furniture is peeling; outlets worn out in some areas; sofas are faded and worn.
Best Part: Lifeguards did a great job rescuing people caught-up in rip-tides and keeping the beach safe!!

I have vacationed in Garden City Beach and Surfside Beach for over 30 years, and this was one of the better experiences. The view was great from the 3rd floor balcony and the condo was clean and nicely appointed.

The house had been recently remodeled with new furniture. This was our fifth year in this location because we love " License to Chill". It is close to the beach, has a private pool, lots of bedrooms, and now with the upgrades is even better.

Had a great time in a wonderful secluded beach location in a private residential community! The eight (8) bedroom six (6) bath home we rented (Sunspree) was more than adequate to meet the needs of the fifteen (15) members of our family! We had eight (8) adults and seven (7) grandchildren in our party!

Loved our stay at "Sea Forever". It is a beautiful home in a fantastic location. The views are amazing. The house is decorated and stocked as someone's home, as opposed to a rental. Our family spent hours fishing and taking pictures on the private dock. We have stayed in many houses and condos over the years, but this was the best.

We loved the location and this property. We were very happy to see there had been upgrades since we booked it. Only recommendation would have been ceiling fans in the bedrooms, but that would not deter us from staying here again.

Our family stayed at Pop's Place for a week. We needed another week..great place for families. Loved the boat dock outside our door. Very large pool and enjoyed the gazebo. Lots of living space(I enjoyed my downstairs suite) Tastefully furnished and decorated.Large Kitchen with 2nd refrigerator downstairs with a bar area. The sun room and 2 porches give plenty of room to spread out.Short walk to ocean. Private, quiet relaxation.

The house and all of its amenities were wonderful. Everything was in great shape. The house was spacious - we were 17 people and it never felt cramped. Having the pool with 4 children under the age of 6 was great. It was a wonderful vacation - our first time at this property - but will definitely be back!
