I rented Beach House 110 what a wonderful location!! Just steps from the ocean and a nice view. However, it was the 4th of July and parking was a little tight for the first few days after that it got better. I would recommend this place.

We had 4 generations together in the 2 houses and all went well Ate together each evening with sufficient space for all.The pool was a boon to have on rough ocean days and afternoon sun.

The condo was in very good condition and the air conditioner was a godsend. We were there over the 4th of July, so it was extremely hot and muggy every day, but we were always comfortable. The king size bed had a memory foam pad, so it was one of the most comfortable beds I or my wife had ever slept on. Some of the accommodations were a little cramped, like the bathroom and the kitchen, but overall, it was awesome. Only a few drawbacks. First, parking was a nightmare but I blame the 4th of July holiday and not the building. Second, the room directly overlooks the hot tub, so going on your deck is a little uncomfortable with the people looking at you. Third, when I reserved the condo, it sounded as if we had direct access to the beach from our room. There is a breathtaking ocean view, but no way to get down to the beach from the patio. Otherwise, it was a fantastic place and I would definitely reserve it again if we come back.

Overall we had an excellent stay in this room and had no issues. The room was neat and tidy when we arrived and everything was in it's place. The view was convenient for watching the pool and keeping an eye on children.

The location of this property is absolutely perfect for a vacation. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, and the beach was easy to access and fantastic for the family because it was not crowded like the main beaches of the Grand Strand. The private pool gave everyone hours of enjoyment and was great for those early morning and late night relaxing swims. Being located on the channel it gave us the opportunity to get in a little fishing, and provided a beautiful view.

Everything was as described. Great ocean view and convenient to most things we wanted to do and places we wanted to visit. Only negatives were elevators worked somewhat sporadically, one of the pools was closed due to some maintenance issues and parking spaces were limited. All of these were offset by the property, the nice unit we stayed in and great location.

Very nicely decorated condo, it makes you feel like you are at the beach while at the same time making you feel right at home. I would not of changed a thing.

Although house is termed ocean front, you can only see the ocean through the public access to the right of the house in front of you. But you can see this in one of the pictures. House was clean and well appointed. It could use an update on some of the cushions and carpet but was acceptable. We loved the deck and furniture and spent a lot of family time there.

dining room table bench was broken and prior renter had left it on top of broken supports.
We fell off bench when we got on it. We told Garden City realty and no one did anything. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen to someone.
