We have stayed at this unit several times and at the complex many times. Our stays have been very and any issues have always been addressed in a timely matter. However I'm sure we'll return after the 50% plus rate increases. If you rent the unit out let say 35 weeks in a year that's over a $35,000.00 increase in revenue. What cost have increased that much???? There's no explanation as to why or justification other than cost went up. Everyone's cost have gone up but not $35,000.00 a year. We found this to be true for most of the units. Maybe price gouging is more in the vacation rental industry than in the grocery industry. I was told there was no large building maintenance project coming up. So, I don't know. We usually have booked at least two weeks for the upcoming season by now. Still on the fence. Wish we were given a much clearer explanation
for this. We are sticker shocked!! Can you blame us!!

We rented this gorgeous oceanfront condo for two months during Winter 2025. The pictures do not lie – the views are absolutely stunning and the condo is updated and beautifully decorated. Housekeeping did a wonderful job, as the place was spotless when we arrived. Over two months, a couple of minor maintenance issues came up, but Garden City Realty addressed everything quickly and satisfactorily.
Regarding some of the previous comments – we both prefer a firm bed, so we slept great in the master bedroom, but it may be an issue for those who like a softer mattress. The kitchen is now completely stocked – I regularly cooked elaborate meals without any problem. The only “problems” we encountered were annoyances related to maintenance on the building – noisy and intrusive façade work, testing of the fire alarm system, repair of water mains that involved temporary shut off, and pest control staff that needed access to the condo. These are things that are usually done during the Winter, so they should not impact visitors during the season, and they are signs that this complex is well maintained and safe.
We thoroughly enjoyed every day in this spectacular condo, and can’t wait to return!

We rented this unit for a family vacation to celebrate my mothers 85th birthday. We picked Garden City because the beach is easier to navigate for her than others. We have used Garden City Realty many times and they are always professional and great to work with. This is by far our favorite unit we have ever stayed in. The location is great. The unit was well designed and beautifully decorated. The location and view were spectacular. She was able to sit on the wraparound porch and feel like she was on the beach even on the days that she didn't feel like making it down onto the beach with us. The building has great security and is easily accessible for handicap. I would give this 5 stars if the kitchen was better organized and had better cookware. We like to be able to stay on the beach late and then come in and cook together and then relax and play games. The cookware was terrible and needs to be updated so we did very little cooking. On a positive note, one of our favorite restaurants The Conch Cafe is within walking distance (in the adjacent parking lot). One other disappointing thing was the mattresses. They need to be replaced. However, We would definately stay here again and had a wonderful vacation.

The condo looked just like the pictures on the Garden City Realty website. Everything was beautiful. I really appreciate that both chairs in the living room had ottomans and that there was a chaise lounge on the balcony. The property looked and smelled very clean. The fobs for beach and pool access worked well with no issues. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the balcony and walks on the beach. The primary bath has a great shower and excellent lighting above the vanity. It's a pleasure to get ready in. We enjoyed fried catfish and crab cakes at Bubba's Fish Shack. Maryland jumbo lump crab cakes at the Hippie Hen House were excellent. Texas Roadhouse filet mignon and pork chops were great. We have stayed in unit 1110 at least three or four times now. Normally the primary walk in closet has numerous hangers. This time there were only five. I brought clothes in a garment bag on hangers so I was fine. Some guests might need a few more hangers. Primary bedroom could use a new more comfortable mattress.

We had a great refreshing time. This is a very nice place. Could use update on cooking utensils in kitchen. Mattresses need to be replaced - uncomfortable and noisy. In spite of these things we enjoyed our visit.

We had a wonderful week staying here. You can't beat the view. Plenty of room, a well-stocked kitchen and the beds were very comfortable.
Our only complaint was the low water pressure. Not sure if this was a problem with the unit itself or the whole building. But the pressure was particularly bad in the kitchen, making it difficult to clean up and we think was likely responsible for the poor performance by the dishwasher.
