We love staying here, so much that next year will be our fourth year! The salt water pool update was wonderful and it’s so lovely having both pool and beach access. This house is always so clean and well kept. We have enough room for our whole family, which is four couples and three children. The shed always has pool toys, sand toys and beach chairs and we always take advantage of the vaykay beach credit. This year we explored more of the area on our bikes and next year we are going to upgrade to a golf cart. The only downside is the flies can get intense, especially when the breeze dies down and it makes it difficult to eat outside and the water pressure in the kitchen sink made dishwashing a real chore, but there is a dishwasher! We also wish checkout was later (10am) so that we had more time to say goodbye. Our kiddos are already counting down the days for next year.

Amazing. This home has everything we could need and more. Being newer construction it felt clean and cozy. The outdoor landscaping was beautiful, along with the well kept pool.the fully stocked kitchen allowed us to cook instead of eating out. We utilized the grills on multiple occasions. This house has it all.we rented a golf cart from S2 making trips to the store and beach easier.

Great place to stay. Only problem encountered was upon arrival my marked parking space was taken by another vehicle. I was told it was my responsibility to contact a towing company, which did not answer. Very stressful situation when you drive hours and find out you need to take care of the situation. Got in touch with realty company again. It was handled very well finding a new parking spot until vehicle until vehicle vacated my spot. Would definitely rent again.

We loved this condo. It was very comfortable, clean, and the neighbors were great. I would definitely stay here again. It was a great location. Needing a key card to get into the complex from walking to the beach was a pain. It would be easier if they had a wristband or a code to use. Great amenities in the condo. It would be helpful if the condo included at least one starter garbage bag for the kitchen. I found that to be a pain. Because we went to the grocery store before check in, we didn't pick up those.

Overall we had a great stay. We stayed in the same condo a few years ago and also enjoyed it. There are some updates that could be made. The whole building has a bug problem they seem to be aware of, as someone came to spray all the units during our stay. This wasn't an issue when we stayed previously. The cleaning service could also do a more thorough job. There were several things we had to clean on day one. We still had a nice time and overall the codo is really nice and priced really well for a whole week during peak season.

Our rental experience was good. We did have a a/c issue and Garden City was very attentive but the company they used was not very communicative. We had to call GC maintenance to get updates. But by Tuesday, all fixed.
