We had a wonderful time and this condo works perfect for our family because it is right over the pool so that my mother can come out on the porch and watch us. It is absolutely perfect location to get up and watch the beautiful sunrises we love the décor, it is so relaxing and comfortable. the upgrades made were great...THE ONLY problem we had was with the stove and the toaster oven. You may want to take a look at how the burners work for the stove. the heat is inconsistent for cooking. the toaster oven would not turn off unless you unplugged it. wanted you to know this info so that there are no problems with future renters. Other than that we LOVE this condo

We were pleased to see the new carpeting and furniture in our condo. Have to say to did seem cleaner this year than in years past BUT more of a cockroach problem than any other year. We enjoy using the outside grill but it is in need of a good cleaning/repair. We will be returning next year...the view is breath taking, we really enjoy the pool and our own private piece of the beach.

Wonderful house for a family vacation. We had 20 people in the house and never felt cramped in any way. Amazing kitchen! Everyone enjoyed their own bedroom with a bathroom and television. Having a 1 year old, the safety gates on the decks were a blessing! house is well maintained and in a great location.

This is the house that our family, 15 & growing, return to each summer for our family vacation. We love the layout of the house with bedrooms to the front and living areas to the back overlooking the pool and the marsh. Perfect yard for having meals outside and playing games or just visiting with each other. We all love having the pool to cool off in after a day on the beach. Looking forward to our family vacation here in 2017!

The house looked exactly like the pictures. It could use some updating of the kitchen and furniture. The main ceiling fan in the living room didn't work and the main back sliding door was hard to open. None of the knives were sharp enough and there wasn't a single pair of scissors! I never knew how much I missed scissors lol! But as far a comfortably, super comfy! The outdoor shower was awesome after the beach. The dock was nice as well but could use some type of shelter from the sun, we lost one beach umbrella due to wind, trying to shelter us. I would stay here again, even if the renovations aren't done. I also wish there was a washer and dryer on the property. A maintenance man came to change the air filter while we were there, super nice and humble! So was the housekeeper who came to vacuum the floors when I asked for someone to come. Southern hospitality at its finest!!

We have stayed in this house a few times now over the years. My only issue is the owner this year, modified the thermostat to automatically default back to 74 degrees even if you turn the temperature down. With a family (with kids) having sunburns, limiting the AC to 74 degrees is an issue. It's a hot climate and 74 degrees doesn't cut it. The owner needs to fix this or we may not stay here again. I will ask next time I book if corrected.

This was the first time I rented a beach house and the experience was wonderful. I chose this property because of the easy access to the beach. I would recommend this property to a friend or relative. When we cooked in, there were ample dishes, silverware, glasses, pots, etc. Great restaurants were within a few miles. We visited Charleston and took the harbor cruise. We shopped at the Coastal Grand Mall. The Garden City Pier was a fun place at night. We loved the nightly fireworks on the beach.

First, setting up the reservation online was super easy. Handling everything from the rental agreement to making payments online was convenient for me.
