We have stayed at One Ocean Place for 20 years. This place is like home for our family. We have stayed at this condo many times and have always enjoyed the nice home away from home. Always clean and neat!!!! The only thing that I can think of is that if they would get a new sleeper sofa. We will be back!!!!!

This is a great house, less than 100 yards to the ocean yet tucked away from any busy traffic. You will see more golf carts than cars. The pool is awesome, plenty of room for a full house (10 adults and 2 children). There are built in seats around the perimeter of the pool which make it nice for just relaxing. This yard gets very little shade so you might want to consider bringing a pop up tent with you and move it around the yard as the sun moves. The tent we brought made it possible to enjoy the pool all day everyday. Do not forget about the deck on the top level which is connected to the two larger bedrooms. This deck provides great views of Garden City and the Inlet as well. This is a great house! Thank you!!

Just a couple maintenance items which are normal wear and tear... Two chairs on the dining room set are starting to come apart. Also the toilets will sometimes keep running after flushing. Not all the time maybe 1 in 5. The place is great and well maintained. Location is excellent and the pool is large compared to other properties of its size.

The room was in very good shape. The parking was not the best, barely enough for the guests. The volume on the TV in the master bedroom would not work, discussed this with the hotel staff along with the blue recliner. We had a very good stay and will stay again in the future. The lifeguards on the beach are very good and performed a rescue while we were there so,you will be in good hands while enjoying the ocean.

We had a great week of sun and fun at Surfmaster 907. We recommend walking to breakfast at the Surfside Beach pier. This condo was very comfortable for our party of 7. I know that it was updated relatively recently but the unit must take a beating from weekly rentals. Nothing about the condo would stop us from renting again, but broken blinds and cracks in the drywall might deter others. The view is fabulous! The staff was very helpful with our small emergencies. Thank you for a week of quality family time!

The house is in great shape and was perfect for myself and three College age kids. We still had plenty of room and comfort for 4 visitors the first two days of our trip. The beach and surrounding area is as nice as you'll find in Myrtle. The half-mile walk to the pier was the perfect combination of exercise and entertainment for kids of all ages. Check-in took less than 2 minutes, and the key drop box for check out is a great convenience.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was beautiful and very clean. The only issue that we had was if you were out past 10 p.m. then you had to park on the side of the road. We have been going to Garden City for 10yrs and this is the first time that this has happened to us.

This place was marvelous. Our family rented both halves of the home, and the ease of having plenty of refrigeration space, and the ability to cook for 30+ people at the same time made things very pleasant. The rooms were large, and the privacy of your own bathroom was a bonus. The furnishings were nice, and the space for living, parking and the access to the beach made it a great experience for us all. We would give this property the highest recommendation possible.
