This place was marvelous. Our family rented both halves of the home, and the ease of having plenty of refrigeration space, and the ability to cook for 30+ people at the same time made things very pleasant. The rooms were large, and the privacy of your own bathroom was a bonus. The furnishings were nice, and the space for living, parking and the access to the beach made it a great experience for us all. We would give this property the highest recommendation possible.

We stayed at Actually Ours the first week of August 2016. The property was exactly like the pictures we looked at on line. The pool was larger than we thought and the pool man came and cleaned it 2 times. The house was in good shape and the beds/furniture were very comfortable. Beach access was very close, right at the end of our street. The street was very quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and we would rent this home again for our next stay in Surfside Beach. We went to our usual restaurants Crabby Mikes, Flo's, and Bovine; however we tried Malibu at Surfside Beach on Surfside Drive. The food was excellent and the service was great. The homemade cheese cake "is to die for"!

I rented the home for my 25 relatives from 6 states to celebrate my husband 85th birthday. Everyone had a blast and the home was everything we needed. A few maintenance issues need attention but did not have a negative effect on the festivities.

Fantastic location across the street from the beach. Surfside is much less crowded than North Myrtle. The property was in good condition overall. Bathrooms could be updated and slider door lock was broken. Large SUVs or trucks may have a difficult time parking though, it's tight. Outside, the pool was cleaned daily and grounds were well kept. For the price, I would stay again.

Fairless Hills

Condo was as described and very clean. Beds were particularly comfy and the sofa bed was a typical sofa bed.
View was amazing, area was quiet and low key; perfect for a family with younger kids (10 & 7 in this case). We didn't mind the drive to outings (Broadway on the Beach, Barefoot Landing) since most of our time was spent on the beach. This location cannot be beat for that.

GOOD TIME, GREAT AREA, GOOD ACCOMMODATIONS. IN DEN AREA, TV DIFFICULTY WAS PROMPTLY RESOLVED BY MAINTENANCE STAFF. TV IN BEDROON WAS STILL TROUBLESOME THRU OUT OUR STAY. KEY LOCK IS SOMEWHAT DIFFICULT TO LOCK FROM INSIDE, MAY NEED REPLACEMENT.

It was great. Really enjoyed the luxury of having the pool for the kids without all the sand. Kids had a blast (ranged in age from 4 years old to 13 years old). And, of course, they all loved the opportunity to drown some bait in the creek. Will have new baby in 2017 so we made was reservation for the same week.

It was wonderful. This remodeled condo was perfect for our family of 8. Everything you need in order to cook, clean, and relax was provided in this condo. Beautiful kitchen, great bedrooms, and a perfect atmosphere.
