It was beautiful and an awesome view.I didn't like the parking. They only have parking in front lot for 2 cars. Also would have loved to take our dogs. But over all a wonderful vacation.They should have air in elevators because it is miserable to have to ride because of being so hot. We will come back again but need a corner room that can have our pets.

The Rental was great. It had everything you need to make your vacation wonderful. Close to the beach and pool. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, but your also close to great restaurants too. Walking to the Garden City Pier is short walk on the beach.

We booked our rental last minute and could not have been happier with the whole process. Our agent was helpful and patient as I called back several times with questions. The location on the condo could not have been better!! We woke up each morning to the sound of crashing waves. The condo itself offered more than described on the site. It does need a little updating but nothing that made our stay a bad one. Only complaint was the constant fireworks "shows" that the surrounding condos shot off outside our room at late hours. Again this did not hurt our stay just got old after the first two days. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time. We loved walking across the small yard then into the pool and after that the ocean! We felt check in was easy. We would rent again through your agency. (Our only complaint was no dishwasher in the condo??)

My family of four stayed here as a vacation/move in to Coastal Carolina housing. This was our second time in Garden City area and I like that it is a bit quieter than Myrtle or North Myrtle, which is ideal for relaxing. The unit itself was comfortable enough. It was clean when we arrived. We watched dolphins every morning from the balcony. My only complaint would be the dated kitchen and bathroom cabinets. The location however made up for that.

Easy to book, helpful and friendly office staff when checking in/out. The condo was as advertised so no bad surprises! Very clean and neat. Great view of Murrells Inlet from the balcony. I will recommend garden City real estate and will likely rent from them again!

Seascape is a really terrific house, beautifully located, spacious and comfortable, well equipped, with efficient a/c/ The rent is understandably expensive and maintenance can be slow, but we're grateful for this outstandingly fine stay.

We rented this house because it had an elevator, there was no house blocking the view of the ocean and it had a path through the dune which meant no steps for my mom who celebrated her 90th birthday.
The furnishings were pretty basic but suited our needs. I wish it had another refrigerator and a little more furniture in the living area.

We had a great vacation! The location is perfect! The house was perfect for our group of people and the pool was a great afternoon escape! My only complaint would be the mattress in butterfly room was very uncomfortable!
