The condo was in a great location just being a block off the beach. The pool was refreshing after a day at the beach. The only problem we had were the beds were uncomfortable. Also there should be 2 cars allowed to park or an exception for handicap.

Everything was as it appeared online and then some! Very private! Owners left a rum cake and t-shirt welcome gift, which was a nice touch. We have stayed at beach homes for years and never saw such a well appointed kitchen(serving dishes, wine glasses, griddle, crockpot, spices, the list goes on.) The dock is unbelievable- fridge, sound system, lights, very comfortable and many chairs. More than enough seating at pool, dining table, porch, etc. We put a deposit down for next year, the first time we have done so. Only suggestion would be to put a window ac unit in downstairs bedroom, as it wasn't as cool as the rest of the house.

We had a fantastic week! Location on the beach and next to the Garden City Pier was ideal. Close enough to walk to pier entertainment and far enough from pier to have quiet evenings. We enjoyed the roomy beach house which accommodated everyone. Separate bathrooms were really appreciated! A few things needed attention: like non working laundry dryer and rusted out table on deck and needed a thorough cleaning (such as the fuzz on the fans and baseboards, stains on living room carpet) We were there end of August so likely many families had enjoyed this unit over the summer and I'm aware there is little time to clean between guests

We have been coming to Surfmaster since 1987. We understand that each unit is individually owned The kitchen utensils were in adequate in this unit Not enough plates, cups, silverware There were only two TVs in the unit, leaving no TVs in either of two bedrooms

Surfmaster has done a nice job of fixing up the outside of the facility

The lifeguard, or should I say umbrella and chair sales person, was the most arrogant one I have ever seen at this place I did complain to the office, knowing that they have no control of this individual He threatened me, deliberately kick sand on my towel and blanket, and threaten to damage my umbrella because I did not rent one from him

One suggestion is that you do not empty ice out of the freezer between rentals We had to go buy a bag of ice because the icemaker was in adequate

Surf Master 907 is a beautiful condo. This is the third year we have stayed in this particular unit. We have been renting condo's at Surf Master for more then 10 years, and this unit is the best!

We had a wonderful stay in Ocean Cove 202. Overall it was clean with the exception of the dishes and cutlery. EVERY single item was dirty with food stuck on it. At first we thought it was the dishwasher not working properly but they were fine when we cleaned them. My only other suggestion would be for larger bowls and pans. The unit sleeps 10 but there's NO WAY that you can cook enough food for that many people. We had to cook pasta and tacos in 2 batches. Also would've liked to all sit down at the table together. If you have a unit that sleeps 10 you should be able to sit more than 4 at the table. LOVED the views of the ocean and I miss my morning coffee on the deck.

we were tense and tired from the trip. we opened the door and it seemed everything had been lifted from us fromthe year. the view was the first thing we saw and popped open a drink and celebrated the start of what we knew would be a relaxing vacation. and it was.

We rent every year through Garden City. I understand the units are rented all summer. I looked under the beds when I left to see if anything fell. To my surprise, it was filthy. it looked like it wasn't cleaned all summer. Also, I had to call about the cockroaches. They came and sprayed but I reported several times about the stray cats living under deck near pool. Someone was leaving food and water for them daily. Cats were still there after our 2 week stay.

We had a very enjoyable stay at One Ocean Place. The condo was very spacious for 2 adults and 3 kids. The location could not have been better. There is a loading/unloading area in the garage for luggage and groceries, which cuts down on the packing and unpacking of the cars. The pools and property were well maintained and I liked the idea of a security guard on the property. The unit was very dated and is in need of a kitchen makeover and furniture from the 21st century, but as far as function is concerned everything was in working order and clean and we were mainly at the beach, poolside or on the spacious balcony.

Our vacation staying at Hakuna matata was just what the name of the beach house means, we hado "no worries" for our entire vacation. We really enjoyed the location of hakuna matata on the beach and enjoyed the all of the space that hakuna matata offers.

It was beautiful and an awesome view.I didn't like the parking. They only have parking in front lot for 2 cars. Also would have loved to take our dogs. But over all a wonderful vacation.They should have air in elevators because it is miserable to have to ride because of being so hot. We will come back again but need a corner room that can have our pets.
