We stayed in Penthouse I the first week in July. This was the third time staying at penthouses at the Surfmaster and the second time at Penthouse I. We had a wonderful time and the penthouse is beautiful and your employees were very professional and helpful. The only negative was that cookware and dishes need to be updated. I had to go purchase a frying pan. There was maintenance that needed to be done such as bulbs not working. As I stated before we had a wonderful time and the issues I mentioned were minor but need to be taken care of.

305 is a very neat and clean unit, as well as being beautifully decorated. It was a great family time enjoyed by all! I have and will continue to recommend this property.

This was our second year in Compass Rose 32. We were very impressed with Garden City Realty and the unit in both 2015 and 2016. The view from the 3rd floor is spectacular and we love how close it is to so many amazing restaurants and attractions. This year we tried offshore fishing with Reel Action Marina because of the adds that come with the welcome packet. One of the best experiences by far in the 3 years we have visited South Carolina. We are completely in love with this city and the amazing stay we have had over the last couple years. We just wish Compass Rose 32 allowed pets because we are brining our fur baby next year!

P.S. We arrived very early the last 2 years and Garden City Realty worked very hard to get our unit cleaned in order for us to get settled in. We were very appreciative of that!

The house was great for our large family. Walking distance to beach, pier and some restaurants. Only downside was the grass was very high on Saturday but they came on Monday to cut it. They also check the pool 3 times during the week, which was great. Would go back for sure.

Rental company easy to work with. Decided to go down at the last minute and had no problem. Property was as described. Would stay here again. Only negative was the mattresses on the twin beds. My daughters say they were a little hard and uncomfortable. However they mad it through ghe week! The view is awesome from the condo!

This was a great rental! Excellent views of both intercoastal and ocean from either side of home. Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the views. Property is very well maintained and was in excellent condition. Highly recommend!
