We had an extraordinary view from the common area and the master bedroom. Woke up most mornings to see the sunrise from the balcony. Spent late evenings on the balcony, just listening to the ocean. Unit was clean, well maintained, would definitely rent again.

My son and I had a very enjoyable time at The Beach House. It being just the two of us, we had plenty of space. I particularly enjoyed my time on the deck, looking out at the ocean. Watching the sun rise from the bed in the master each morning was something special as well.

Special commendation should be given to the kitchen: granite counter tops, a stainless steel refrigerator, and pretty much every cooking utensil and implement you could ask for.

Overall, this was a nice place to stay and I'd gladly return.

Really enjoyed our stay at Surfmaster 404. This is our second year in this rental and we enjoyed the upgrades very much. I was worried about the floor, going from carpet to flat surface but it was mostly fine, I ended up having to sweep several times during the week to keep the sand down. Maybe putting a rug by the front door would help this. Beautiful views and furnishings.

Our vacation was excellent from our initial contact with Garden City Realty to the day we left. We were very impressed with the customer service skills of everyone we dealt with. We had an awesome view of the Ocean, our room was very comfortable, and well equipped for four people, loved the outdoor pool and hot tub, We never tried the indoor ones, or the game room, which would be great for families. We were right on the beach, and throughly enjoyed our stay. Garden City Realty went above and beyond for us , faxing papers for my work, staying open late so we could print up our boarding passes, all with genuine kindness, in addition to being a wealth of information!we would highly recommend Garden City Realty ! We had lots of family who used them also and were able to see several of the houses that they lease also. All were well maintained and well equipped . We loved Grammy's place it was beautifully decorated and had every possible amenity that you could want!

This rental was the absolute best. The house was clean and spacious with up to date furniture. The pictures doesn't give it any justice. Our family would most definitely rent this home again. Best part was the private pool, just perfect. The walk to the beach was so close. The 2nd best part was someone always came by to check the pool, clean it and even took out the trash and recycle bins. Wow what a service! Highly recommend this house!

We did have two concerns about the property. One was that there were no restrooms at the pool area and the other was that we had to take our trash down to the dumpster. The condo was good, clean and a comfortable bed. However, the chairs on the balcony are in desperate need of replacement, all rusted.

Penthouse D was in good condition when we arrived for our stay. The only complaint was that the hot tub was stuck on 104 degrees. We could not adjust the temperature. When the maintainence guy came to check on it he said he could not fix it and it wouldn't be fixed before we left which it wasn't. He did however let the owners know about the problem but we didn't hear anything from them during our week long stay. We just ended up pulling the breaker out and letting the hot tub cool down to a lower temp then put the breaker back in to heat it up again. We have stayed in Penthouse D before two years ago and didn't have any problems. The hot tub thing was the only problem, everything else was ok.
