This home is one of the nicest rental homes we have stayed in. We have rented a beach house in GCB for the last 15 years, usually oceanfront, but decided to try out second row because of the pool. It was well worth it. My only suggestion would be that the owners add black out curtains to the downstairs King bedroom due to the morning sun being very bright.

We had a wonderful time, this is our 6th visit to Surfmaster, 4th time in this unit, we haven't been there since the remodel, since our kids were little. We took another cute pic of the 4 of them sitting up at the counter, copying a pic from about 13 years ago, put them together in a pic stitch and called "then and now". The condo is just beautiful, and it has a sentimental attachment for us!

After 40 years vacationing from Cherry Grove to Surfside, this condo best met our needs. The living room is wider than many, and the 5 panes of glass give it an airy feel. We ate breakfast and lunch right by the windows, watching the beach activities. The kitchen had large, accessible cabinets for groceries, but was well-stocked with necessities, too. Updated carpet with a good pad and a quiet DW were unexpected plusses.The main sofa vinyl is split, and somewhat uncomfortable, but it did not detract too much from our week's enjoyment. I would have preferred updated kitchen (not fluorescent) lighting and new kitchen faucet and bath shower heads. Granite would be nice, but the new counters were attractive also. When we arrived the master TV didn't work. We were also concerned that they closed the pool at our building for most of the week.

Third visit to Surfside for our family; first at the Surf Master 210. Outstanding room and location !!! Entire unit was clean, roomy and provided an excellent view of the ocean. Also liked the fact that the walk from the beach and/or pool was not far from the actual room. Only minor issue was slow drain in shower; otherwise = OUTSTANDING and plan to book same unit next summer.

We always stay at Surf Master, this was our first time in this unit. Very Comfortable, loved the extra table by the window. That is usually where we ate. The only complaint that I have is that the dresser in Master had broken drawers, had to be careful when pulling them out, or they would fall out on the floor. This was very comfortable for 4 adults. Weather was also cooperative!

This house was the most special house we have ever stayed in. The views were breathtaking and the house had so much character. Every room was a new discovery. We loved it so much.
The mosquitoes were very bad in the evening. We did see the the pest control guy come and spray on the last day of our stay so we think that would have really helped! It was also very hard to transport kids to and from beach without a golf cart. Our car was a mess! We do understand that both of these issues are out of the owner's control. Also, the house appeared clean when we walked in and for the most part, it was. Except for the floors. They were just filthy. We loved the house and would recommend it over and over again. Amazing! It is definitely a Channel of Blessings!

We have stayed at the Beach House for over 20 years. Great location. The decor in this unit was very nice. We stayed for 10 days and enjoyed every minute....even Tropical Storm Hermine!

We like to rent from Garden City Realty because the units are clean. The linens are included in the rentals and the beds are made when you arrive.
