The house was full of amenities that would help vacationing families. The house provided enough space for all of us to enjoy family activities as well as individual time. The sunrises and sunsets were spectacular from the porch, and the spa and pool were perfect for children and adults. Our three families would recommend The Metzler for vacationing families.

Sandy Paws is located perfectly. Easy access to beach and owner comps half of golf cart rental which is an awesome perk. Clean and well spaced house. Kitchen stocked well. Nice decks and pool area with plenty of nice seating and a nice hammock. Had a great time and would stay here again. Garden City Realty was great and helpful.

Had another great week in the DeBerry House. This is second year in a row we have rented it. Had 8 adults and everyone had plenty of room. We plan to continue renting the DeBerry House every year!

The staff was very helpful. When we arrived at the condo there were no clothes hangers. Housekeeping immediately delivered 30 clothes hangers. Lots of great restaurants in the area. Especially enjoyed Valentino's original italian and the Gulf Stream in Garden city. The beach is very nice. Not convenient if you want to park the car and walk or bike for the week but everything and anything is a short drive.

Management Company was very friendly and helpful; very easy to book and quick check-in and check-out. Great condo location and close to Murrells Inlet restaurant row and marsh walk. Condo kitchen and master bathroom dated, needs an upgrade. Master bed could be larger, not extremely comfortable. Overall, clean with a great ocean view. Conch Cafe excellent restaurant next door and within walking distance.

Condo was exceptionally clean, tastefully decorated, spacious; location is perfect for restaurants and the pier;view was beautiful; elevator key is needed for the 16th floor-mgmt staff need to explain this in detail. Would definitely stay here again

Parents and 2 grown Sons and their Wives loved the condo's furnishings, comforts and views. Couple of small maintenance problems unaddressed, kitchen needs more utensils and we witnessed a handful of cockroaches in the condo. The building was spraying though.
